This song works pretty well as is but my only slight complaint is that it could have used a little more vocals from Maren. Diana: Maren makes everything good. Victoria: Cool duet I enjoyed it. Wallace: I think it's really cool that Thomas Rhett and Maren Morris collaborated on this song together. I do remember them duetting and remember vaguely hearing this song here and there though I do wish I heard it more. OMG what the heck is this action packed movie like music video? I was not expecting that. This song has quite an edgier sensual feel to it, which makes sense with the subject matter and the "I'm always craving you" lines. I do really like how Thomas and Maren sings on the song. I know this is Thomas' song as the lead artist, but I thought Maren sang more in this. Maren does provide some great vocal ad-libs towards the end, but I do wish she had a verse or a solo part in there. But I like the song and what they bring to it. Steven: Pretty good collaboration between Thomas and Maren. Chris: Two of the biggest names in Country in 2017 came together to collaborate on this song, and it turned out to be a #1 hit for the two of them - it's actually crazy how she provided her vocals on the demo and had no idea if she would be on the final version of the song. Anyway, the song is a great one & I find that their voices goes well - honorable mention to Maren's vocals during the "Craving you" part. Gigi: They don't sound horrible together, but they couldn't even give Maren her own verse? Not liking that. Akshar: I really love the video for this song. The song itself is pretty nice and relatable and once the chorus hits, it's so catchy!! You just gotta sing along because it's catchy and I'm sure anyone can relate to craving their significant other.

How Not To - Dan+Shay 11.875 Steven 3 Chris 9 Wallace 11 Victoria 11 QK 14 Gigi 15 Akshar 15 Diana 17 Comments: Steven: This is one of my favorite Dan+Shay songs ("Tequila" and "How Not To" are my favorite Dan+Shay songs actually). I really like the chorus here. The slightly faster phrasing of "But I'd probably turn down your road / Knock, knock on your door / Fall back in your arms / Wake up in the morning" is my favorite part of the song. Chris: This is a song that many people may not know as it was before their big break with Tequila, but it is one that I really love - it really help their voices shine and it was a preview of what was to come with them. Wallace: "How Not To" is a really nice and moving song from Dan+Shay. I didn't really remember it too well or listen to it much when it was out like some of their other songs. But I do really like how they sing the song. They pour so much passion and emotion into singing the song. The verses are really nice but I do like how strong and powerful the chorus is. Ooh and it's really cool how Katie Stevens is the lead actress of this video. This may not be one of my top favorite Dan + Shay songs, but I do still really enjoy it. Victoria: This is a cute song that I enjoyed when I listened to it. QK: I listened to this song a couple times but it didn't really do much for me but I also didn't hate it so I am putting it here. Gigi: I'm indifferent here. This ends up in this spot because the others I ranked below it are even less appealing. Akshar: This was actually my first time listening to this song and I think it got a huge advantage than disadvantage because I absolutely love it. Man, those lyrics. I love emotional songs because I'm a sad boi LMAO but it's true. Good song. Diana: they have had great songs make the endgame in previous years, I just don't find this one that great.

We saw Ariana flop but I'm curious as to how Taylor would do. I think she would handle it better. But would more Swifties tune in then Arianators? I would assume so but would it be enough to cover her costs that I'm not sure about.

Victoria: Chris is a good singer I liked this song. Akshar: To be completely honest, I only heard this song when Spensha Baker sang it on The Voice but my goodness do I love it. There's just something special about Chris Stapleton's voice. QK: I don't mind Stapleton because he isn't a generic bro country singer but he isn't someone that I frequently listen to either. Chris: Not my personal favourite of Chris Stapleton but this one is certainly in my Top 5 of his singles - he certainly does a "je ne sais quoi" aura to him & he certainly benefit from being able to write music that's not about beers, fish, and hunting. Steven: It's all right, but it's not a song I would seek out to listen to again. Wallace: I'm not the biggest fan of Chris Stapleton, but there's no denying he's quite a successful country artist and a huge favorite at country and even non-country award shows. I'm sure I heard "Broken Halos" from performances of his on award shows. But I also feel like it sounds like something those country male singers sing on The Voice? Anyway, it's cool how Chris has so much passion in what he's singing and he has that old school country folk rock vibe that works for him. It's not really the kind of song/country that I can get into, so apologies if this ranking comes off as controversial. But he's a good vocalist and it's nice this was a big song for him - just not my favorite.
