    Been a minute but wanted to say speaking of pimping, I think Manasseh is a strong candidate. A returning contestant on a new coaches team that received the new twist for the season (which sounds like Chance actually used it properly too)? That’s a story to me, but only if they highlight her being a returning contestant

    Can you add me please? I’ve been a fan of Kim’s since she was on Terrell’s show and I’ve always thought she could do really well on The Voice. She has a classic tone that makes her sound retro but transfers over to current songs super well. I’m excited to watch her journey!

    I really have no words to describe how OTR made me feel. She makes it look so easy, smiling while hitting her otherworldly notes. Without a doubt, the performance of the season for me! No matter what happens tomorrow, Wendy seemed to have fun the entire season and that’s what matters most. I had no issues with any performance or song selection and to me, she delivered every week. I’m so happy she decided to audition so we could all be introduced to her!

    Meant to mention that in my original post too, but I believe they’ll bring it up in the pre-package as well. I understand that people see it as a minivan friendly song that she’s β€œchanging,” but that’s just not the case since she’s not singing the original version anyway

    Its been said before but I’ll just bring it back up: Wendy is singing Patti Labelle’s version of OTR. Not Judy’s. Your expectations of it are just wrong in the first place if you go into listening to it expecting to hear a soft, slow song.

    So excited to watch Wendy slay tonight . Whitney is always a good choice for a voice like hers, and OTR is just gorgeous. That β€œcan’t” that she holds as she scales up is honestly beautiful. Her performance of it could honestly be the performance of the season

    Jershika and Wendy both making it . The first time in awhile where two people who look like me are in the finale. Season 21 is top tier. I honestly would not be mad with any of the 5 winning. Although the outcome seems set in stone, I can say this is the first finale in years that I’m excited for every single performance and don’t care about the results

    I mean, there’s really nothing new I can say about Wendy. She has been so consistent and her performance tonight was amazing, probably my favorite of hers and one of my favorites of the season. But I feel like I say that every week We’re so lucky to witness her journey and those notes. But I also loved seeing her smile and having fun throughout the performance too, you couldn’t tell she was at home up there

    Part of me thinks she’ll be paired with GNT and I can’t wait to see IDF’s reaction. But personally, I’d love to see her paired with Jershika. I’d love to see my two favs together, and I just know they’d destroy that stage

    Can I officially join the IDF psychics club Wendy’s studio is flawless. I’m very excited for the performance tonight, and I love her delivery and passion on it already. I see a PV in her future too

    I think Wendy has a good chance of being saved until the second hour, at least her solo. After going 1st and then 2nd two weeks in a row, I don’t see her solo being until the second hour this upcoming week. Unless they’re putting her early due to her injuries.

    Jershika’s IS performance was one of the best performances of the week. Can’t wait to get at least two more performances from her and Wendy next week Speaking of duets, sorry if this has been discussed before, but are there any instances where you think a duet performance specifically changed a voting outcome? ie propelled someone into the finale, hurt their chances, or they’re generally insignificant voting wise

    Honestly, I can recognize the talent that GNT has, but they don’t do it for me. Their strongest moments are usually their harmonies, which I don’t classify as special because they’re a group so they should be able to harmonize well. That’s literally the point and job of a singing group. I won’t be upset with them winning, but they’re not my favorites

    Easily the best performance of the night and my favorite live performance from Wendy. She really delivered the emotion in the song, and the way she was staring made it seem like she was singing the song right to Jolene’s face. I’ve had a suspicion from the start of lives that Wendy was going to save a big ballad/moment (aka bring out the big notes) until semi-final week and I still feel that way. Hoping her wrist & elbow heal quickly too!

    Completely agree with you both. I think this could be her best live performance to date. I know everyone knows what her range is, but not every song calls for that. I’m excited for her to show off all the intricacies of her voice with this choice and to show off her storytelling

    I love this song choice so much, Jolene is one of my favorite country songs! I will never understand what people in the spoilers thread are always on about Wendy. Her studio sounds good to me, and I really felt the story/emotion through it already which I feel like will get delivered even better live

    Glad to see that controversy didn’t keep the king from coming out on top All in all, I’ve always been a long time lurker here so it never surprises me. I just think the easiest thing to do is, if you’re a fan of someone on the show, enjoy their performances for what they are. Facebook is Facebook, its been negative since years ago when the general age of people predominantly using it shifted

    Y’all really are taking years off your own lives by over-analyzing every single little aspect of a social media websites reaction. Wendy delivered as usual and isn’t in danger. Jershika gave one of (if not the best) the top performances of the night. Gymani ate and can easily handle anyone in the B2 if she sadly ends up there again.

    Wendy delivered another wonderful performance tonight. Easily in my top 3 along with the other two queens of the Top 11! I love that Wendy is performing the way she wants to perform and that’s what makes me the happiest. People get so wrapped up in the fact that it’s a β€œcompetition” and over analyze everything, but I’m just so happy to see Wendy consistently having fun up on stage

    And I think we’re being spoiled too getting to witness it all Happy Birthday queen Wendy . I’m very excited for her performance tonight, and I love that she gets to perform one of her idols on her special day. The theme for this week should have been songs dedicated to Wendy

    This is a tired conversation. Gymani is a performer and brings a presence to the stage. Her rasp makes her stand out compared to everyone else so I’m more than happy to have her around still (and can’t wait to see her advance again ). Singing competitions aren’t all about winning. Who cares if the usual, problematic audience of the show doesn’t vibe with her. As a young mom, she’s putting captivating performances out there to build her resumΓ©

    Finally watched the group performances (no, I don’t watch the show live and yes, I know I’m late, leave me alone) and all I can say is, GNT is cool and all, but the best trio of the season is Gymani, Kelly, and Jeremy
