  1. Finale time...who do you think is going to win? (Getting the winners' edit)
  2. Yeah...I should have said pure ignorance than illiteracy. That word should have been thought of immediately on my end.
  3. EDIT: I haven't seen or read any news articles regarding UCLA.
  4. I wish there was a facepalm reaction to the posts here (not to the posts themselves but what's happening in Cali) Though...I'm not surprised from Cali. What is happening right now is the result of incompetence and illteracy. EDIT: Although illteracy does play a role, "Ignorance" is the more fitting term nowadays.
  5. His type definitely ain't going to fly in Florida. I can say that for sure...especially in today's political climate in the sunshine state.
  6. The guy has been on the ground every week. Maybe it's just from experience, but surely he should have been aware that the GOP (voters and volunteers) do not have well-organized campaigns earlier. I guess not to the degree that he initially thought...?
  7. Scott Presler liked this Tweet. I think this is one of the main reasons why the people that he mentioned in yesterday, don't get active in the election process. Conversatives get way too complacent in every election cycle (it seems to have only worsened since 2016). Once the red wave becomes a trickle those voters will go straight to the "RIGGED" button. At the same time, those very same people will not get active; either with volunteeing for campaigns, registering people to vote, knocking on doors, etc. The one thing that Democrats have with them is that they are light years ahead when it comes to a well-organized campaign. It's mind boggling to me how candidates haven't emphasized this. Side-note: As far as I looked, I haven't seen any tweets from Scott like that one yesterday. If that's the case, I wonder why he is only emphasizing the lack of political activities now?
  8. Masters and Kelly will be debating soon...let's see how the former fares over the latter.
  9. Herschel Walker holds a narrow lead over Raphael Warnock in a tightening U.S. Senate race - Washington Times From Emerson Polls (for Walker) John Fetterman Shouldn't Dismiss Threat of Dr. Oz, Voter Registration Shows (newsweek.com) Both are terrible candidates running against another terrible candidate of their respective races. They might be able to pull it off... They still need to EARN the votes. I know Walker will vote the "right way." But, still hasn't shown that he "deserves" the votes in order to win.
  10. Especially when the "outsider" candidates aren't good too. Seriously, does Trump think he is the only one to save America? After his shortcomings (especially in the later half of his term), and his endorsements...I don't see it. I would argue DeSantis has more enthusaism from local grassroots than him. Trump should have stayed away from endorsing anyone this time around. Because organically, the red wave would have happened. Just sayin...
  11. Just from the GOP candidates in general (Governor, Senator, House, etc.)
  12. I can see why too: Patterns that I've seen so far from the Republican nominees social media accounts: -No posts regarding asking for volunteers for door-to-door, events, etc. -Tweets / posts regarding what events they went to, but no volunteering. -From what I've seen from the comments, the candidates aren't exactly informative on any updates regarding campaign through emails and such. *I will be updating this as more things popout.
  13. Ryan Girdusky weighed in on this too.
  14. I see. If Scott is saying this then...yeah the candidates need to do something to make people to WANT to vote for them. They need to earn the votes and right now, I don't see any enthusiasm for the nominees.
  15. Another problem is, the candidates ain't doing enough to make them to WANT to vote / earn them... But what do you mean "on the ground?"
  16. I missed this a couple of months back. Back in May, S16 finalist Dexter Roberts released a single titled "Standing Knee Deep in a River." Check it out!
  17. CA blackouts possible as heat wave strains electricity grid | The Sacramento Bee (sacbee.com) Don't charge any electric cars huh Newsom...? And in this week: Hawai'i has shut down it's last coal power plant of the state. It's getting closer to where California is at currently.
  18. I would have thought more people would have approved it from the sample size gathered. Based on the questions and the overall conflictions with the Loan Forgiveness itself, I can see why more would disapprove it.
  19. I don't know how much of this poll I am inclined to believe but this is rather interesting.
  20. Speaking of which... https://www.cbsnews.com/amp/news/mystery-pneumonia-deaths-argentina/ Just how many times I'm going to say "oh boy, here we go again" this year??
  21. https://www.foxnews.com/media/wapo-columnist-pleads-gop-admit-dems-right-about-trump-ditch-him-avoid-party-suicide.amp This is interesting...especially coming from someone like that WaPo columnist.
  22. After 20 weeks, "Damn Strait" has went recurrent on the Billboard Hot 100 chart this week. I'm really hoping it'll become Scotty's first year-end Hot 100 hit. It's long overdue.
  23. S19 Finalist Ian Flanigan's debut album, "Strong" is out now!
  24. Omicron booster shots are coming—with lots of questions | Science | AAAS Yup...8 mice. No transparency on the results for that one.
  25. Oh boy...if this one gets mandated. I suspect that scenario will be worse than the one I am picturing in my head.
