I feel like I often get excited for performances from contestants I’m not a huge fan of more than contestants I already really like, because they have potential to surprise me

I feel happy with the distribution of these. They split both my Top 2 favorite teams and the two teams I’m the most heartbroken about result-wise

Probably Holly, Ryley and Sorelle, since they all seem like they did really well this round

Yeah, your Top 3 is the order in which I would rank them. Gina’s audition was very good, and I think it was second for me in that episode. I do think her battle was her best so far though, and I’m glad her battle partner is your Number 1.

I don’t think S22 reviews would be a bad idea though. I wouldn’t make a S22 ranking myself, since I didn’t watch that season as much and there were too many contestants, but I love retro lists. I know I would personally tackle a different season if I made one, and if I do stick around in the summer, maybe I will review a random older season as well

Holly Brand is my favorite. NOIVAS would be second

Cam Anthony, Wendy Moten and bodie, all from recent seasons, haven been some of his best contestants of all time. I would say that Cam is my favorite of his winners and Wendy and bodie are my favorite of his runner ups

Sisaundra Lewis, Craig Wayne Boyd, Adam Wakefield, Sundance Head, Lauren Duski, Noah Mac, Keisha Renee, Kyla Jade, Dexter Roberts, Ricky Duran, Todd Tilghman and Jim Ranger have also been very good (just going from S6-present). This season has potential names as well

I agree. All of my Top 6 Knockouts were from one of those teams.

Not a bad ranking. I would probably switch Walker/Kason and Magnus/Alyssa for worst, but the Bottom 5 makes sense. I would basically agree with the T5 as well, as well as the T10. And of course, Gina vs Kala is Number 1. Expected, but deserved

I think the problem with Gwen is that Gwen has a poor track record as a coach. Her only finalists are one winner and two 4th Placers. She is also unpopular with contestants, as she hasn’t gotten a Four Chair turn in Blinds her last three seasons, and most of the people she takes far are are one or two chair turns. However, she’s has a lot of good contestants that made Semis on her team. At least she got people like Jeffery Austin and Justin Aaron on the show. I wonder what Gwen would be like on the show without Blake

Yes. I don’t want to release clues when half the contestants are still in, especially since it will make the sets too obvious. 
 

I have done 12 writeups for eliminated contestants so far (they’re not always done in order by the way) and I hope to have most of them done by the time I start posting the early sets

For the next couple weeks, you can theorize how the early sets are going to go (keep in mind that I still don’t know the full order, especially for those still in)

I disagree with your thoughts on EJ vs Tasha. I preferred EJ in the battle and was happy he got stolen. Though I do recall you liking his battle less than I do. Your reaction to his Knockout will certainly be interesting

Considering your grades do not match up to your pick, it makes sense that you couldn’t tell the difference between Kason and Walker, and you may have also mixed them up in your descriptions. I felt that there was more of a difference between Kason and Walker, especially since I remembered their auditions. That was an entertaining part of the recap, and I agree that it was the weakest battle of the episode

Yes, I agree that Allie was robbed of a steal. I know exactly what steal I would have replaced in favor of her, but we’ll get to that battle.

I agree that Gina vs Kala and Manasseh vs Sorelle were both great battles, and they all deserved to advance
