Shutter (2004) Oh, another Americanized Japanese horror remake that completely loses all the things that made the original so effective. The script was sh*t, the directing was sh*t, the acting was sh*t, the completely predictable reveal of the plot twist was sh*t, this movie in general was just sh*t. Everyone, do yourselves a favour and watch the original that's actually good and not this abomination! Joshua Jackson looked hot as f*ck in it though, don't judge me. I don't know if this is one hundred words or not, so I'll just reiterate that this remake sucked and you should just watch the Japanese original if you want to actually be creeped out by the plot. Dawn of the Dead (2004 dir. by Zack Snyder) Dawn of the Dead (1978) is timeless! This remake was extremely unnecessary, and I say this as someone who isn't opposed to remakes.

Sleepy Hollow (1999 dir. by Tim Burton) Christina Ricci is in this so I don't want to cut it, but Johnny Depp is in it, so I will cut it.
