Yeah, it kinda reminds me of Chelsea (from Hello Sunday) of last season. Although she sounded really pitchy and not great when she tried to use a bigger voice, she sounded really good on the really soft notes (think the beginning of Don't You Worry About a Thing).

I would pick Mandi (don't kill me y'all) because her voice pierced through more. I found myself hearing/listening to her voice more than Camm's. Although I don't think she's particularly amazing, I still think she deserves the win. Also totally agree on the song choice - shame on John for picking this just 'cause Mandi sang Spanish in the blinds. I honestly hope John, in his egotism, picks Camm, and then Kelly gets Mandi.

Furthermore, there's voluntary response bias and a bunch of other issues regarding this, but I just thought it would be fun to see.

WELL, we don't know how Kailey Abel's battle is going to go, so we can't be sure yet. But I agree that she probably won't go far (unfortunately ).

Knowing what we know right now (post-blinds), who do you think will be in the finale. I know it's way too early to tell, but I think it would be cool to look back and see how close/far our guesses were. My guess is: Thunderstorm Artis Todd Tilghman Toneisha Harris Mandi Castillo I'm not really sure how I'd place them because among these, I think the one with the highest chance of winning is Thunderstorm, but I also don't think he will end up winning. Also, I know right now Mandi doesn't seem like she's great enough to make the finals, but I feel like she didn't perform at her best in her blinds, and furthermore, they'll probably want to push for her to make it far for the "representation" thing.

Okay, because my pre-season and still favorite is Allegra and Nick says she might make the finals (although he says that about a lot of artists), so I was wondering whether that might actually translate to making the finals or going far.

What is the farthest a contestant that was double stolen/double saved/saved and stolen in the battles and knockouts has gotten? I know SandyRedd is one example but I can't think of many that got that far.

Can you guys think of any specific contestants that were told they could win the competition or make it to the finale that actually did? I can think of so many contestants that were told that who were eliminated early.
