No, I was responding to someone who wondered what the angle was for calling HS safe instead of the Hoot. Hoot got all the pimping he needed with the stream announcement, which gave them an opportunity to pimp HS.

Announcing someone as safe second especially right after announcing a most streamed does not equate to pimping

And neither is Myracle, and Joana.

I think it’s just songs on the database. I tested and apparently if you wanted to you could suggest the alphabet or a weird Al song. I can’t imagine anyone suggesting either of those

Jake got a no-brainer song, so I highly doubt they don't want Kelly in the finals, on the contrary. Too many reasons they'll want to make sure she's in the finals. And although I think he's getting worse, Jake will keep getting great songs (competition-wise) to make sure he hangs in there till the end.

Danny’s song is great on paper but as we saw last night it doesn’t work out for country singers

I mean Rose has a good song . Also it’s up to the producers to have the final say. I really doubt Gwen wanted Joana to do that song but it worked for her. And it’s proven TPTB are doing what they can to bus Myracle for some reason.

I enjoyed wills performance up until after the bridge. If he did the full song stripped and soft like in the beginning he’d have had the potential of grabbing more fans. I just hope he doesn’t land in the bottom. Just get your save fingers ready in case.

I agree they were using Will for the aspie buzz, and maybe they're done with him now.

Also maybe you're right and they don't care at all about Gwen making the finals and would rather have 2 TJ in there instead.

I mean yes he has Asperger’s but that doesn’t define all of who he is. Like my Asperger’s and other disabilities doesn’t define all of me. If that was their main goal of brining Will into the top 13 I’m angry, especially cause Will actually has talent and potential.

Those are the risks you take when you sing songs like this though. It's a risk / reward situation. She will be fine this week though since so many people were way worse than her.

Kacey Musgraves is good but it’s not like her songs are untouchable like you’re making them out to be. It’s as if you’re thinking Kacey is the next Whitney Houston or Prince

Have you seen the production that went into Marybeth? She’s good but that was over the top production. I mean I feel like tptb want Katie and Marybeth in the finale...which is why they busses will by not telling him to rein in his extra ness for the whole song .

Since when does idf go Gaga over Will? They undeservingly criticized him these past two weeks (well I’ll admit the mid-end part of his performance was deserving of it but in general no) .Will has a bunch of critics here sadly.
