Aimee Yonce Shennel (Canada's Drag Race 4)

Aimee Yonce Shennel is a Dominican-Canadian queen from the most recent season of Canada's Drag Race, which I can confidently say is the best (maybe not the strongest cast, but easily the most entertaining Canada season so far). I would say Aimee was more of a supporting character than a central character, but she had her moments and was a great addition to the season. She didn't win a challenge and was in the bottom two along with Nearah Nuff during week 4. The judges decided to award the queens a double shantay, though I would have given Nearah the sole win. She was ultimately eliminated alongside Kitten Kaboodle in the lipsync tournament episode. I can't remember specific moments but she did have her fun moments and was involved in a fight or two from what I can recall. She left around the right time and was really sweet, but out of this list of nominations she doesn't stand out so an easy cut for me.

MAMI WATTA (Drag Race France S2)

I haven't seen the second season of Drag Race France (I've watched half of S1 and liking it so far), so as bad as I feel about this cut, there's a lot of talented queens in this list. Mami Watta has Ivorian roots and it shows in her absolutely gorgeous drag. I don't really have too much to say about her as I didn't watch this season, but she made it all the way to 3/4th place so I assume that makes her a finalist. Looking at pictures of her runways, she seems to have a really chic and fashion forward take on drag while teetering the line perfectly between French glamor and her Ivorian roots. Apparently she made it to the finale without winning a challenge or lipsyncing. An even crazier fact is that she never lipsynced, as she was sent home in the finale without competing in any sort of LSFTC, in fact that makes her the first finalist from any drag race franchise to not get to lipsync in the competition. A true shame.

I thought this was one of the strongest design challenges ever, no one flopped and even though Plasma was the worst I still get what she was going for. She would have been safe if that look was featured on so many other design challenges lol.

INDIA FERRAH (Season 3, All-Stars 5)

I think India is one of the few queens whose all stars appearance(s) really tarnished her legacy. And let's be honest, she didn't have that much of a legacy to begin with. A Vegas queen, India competed on Season 3 and only made it like 4 or 5 episodes. She's most known for being picked up by Mimi Imfurst during their lipsync battle and Ru's subsequent reminder that "Drag is NOT a contact sport."  Wonderful moment and one of the most remembered lipsyncs in herstory. But like, Mimi could have picked up anyone lmao. India wasn't even the reason for her own iconic moment LOL. In All-Stars 5, she had a much larger presence. She somehow won the first episode, and to her credit was part of the best lipsync that season (90% of that was due to Yvie of course). But then after that first week she basically bottomed until she went home. She stirred the pot with trying to throw Alexis Mateo under the bus, telling Shea that Alexis was gunning for her and trying to get other queens onboard, even though that wasn't quite the truth. Regardless, it made for great TV and led to Alexis's quote "And that's why Derrick don't like you." Oh yeah and I haven't even talked about her beef with Derrick. I've easily reached my 100 word quota though so you can go look that up.

Morphine’s snatch game was better than Nymphia, Xunami, and Dawn’s at LEAST. I have no idea why she was in the bottom two.

Did anyone else think that snatch game kind of sucked?  Mhi’ya was my favorite but the fact that she did a completely made up character kinda had me side eyeing. Going to miss Xunami even though she kind of coasted all season long.

HONEY DAVENPORT (Season 11)

Honey Davenport is a classic example of a queen coming in with a large amount of hype due to her reputation in the real world. She is a Davenport and was one of the hardest working and well known queens in NYC at the time. And then she just kind of....fell into the background in a season of loud personalities. Honey was very safe the first couple of weeks and then unfortunately was part of the absolutely awful Team Mariah in the diva worship challenge. We got the infamous 6 way lipsync, and Honey failed to impress. In fact, she stood out for her really cringey performance and absolutely gave the worst performance out of the six girls on that stage. I definitely don't think it was necessary to have the entire team lipsync against each other....but even if it were Honey and literally any of the other girls, I think she still loses. It sucks, you can tell Honey was very excited to be there, but she just didn't stand out unfortunately.
