xfactor22
Zachariah Smith Throwback/decade music is always good, but he doesn’t go far enough. Zach needs to cover some Beethoven and Mozart. Show us he doesn’t have to use his voice to create music. Prove he can go back in time further than the twentieth century to cover music. Oliver Steele He needs to sing with his dad next week. As someone who was in the bottom three last week, he’s nearly guaranteed to go home next week. There’s one thing that can help him advance. His dad performing with him during his songs. There are few things the Idol Voting audience loves more than a father-son bonding moment. It could propel him at least into another week or even the finale. Iam Tongi Is Iam really a front runner? Usually front runners have at least one bad performance that sends their fan base into panic mode and overdrive, which then will guarantee their safe for at least another week. Iam is definitely talented, but he has not had ONE bad performance yet. In order to actually guarantee a possible finale spot, Iam needs to purposefully be bad in one of the next two weeks and turn in a terrible performance that front runners are supposed to have at least once. He may be going home sooner than expected if he doesn’t turn in a clunker soon. Still typing up the other contestants tips and will post them in this thread when done
xfactor22
Haven Madisen She needs to switch from her genre to either heavy metal or screamo music. Or preferably a mix of the two. She’d do a lot of damage and could possibly win as a heavy metal musician. Just imagine her coming on stage and trashing the set with a guitar. Warren Peay He needs to dye his hair and beard pink and only perform P!NK songs from now on. This is his ticket to winning. As we all know, Warren’s contestant type has a hard time advancing on shows like Idol, so a drastic change is necessary. xfactor22
Colin Stough: I think he needs to do some parkour during his performances. He has the beard for it. Megan Danielle: She just needs to cover Colton Dixon’s version of “Bad Romance” and she’ll be golden Wè Ani: She needs to advertise the fact she was on the voice live and say something controversial in relation to comparing idol and the voice. Idol fans will eat that up. Edited May 7 by xfactor22
CarmenSandiego
Most of these are probably not meant to be taken seriously, but having Oliver sing with his father might be a good idea. That’s the only thing that might help him this week, as he’s a dead man walking otherwise.

But tbh, he is a WGWG, and one of the more intriguing ones in recent idol history, so never say never

Still, I might make like James Bond and go “Never Say Never Again”.
