Mediabase Announces Changes To Country Published and Activator Panels:

MEDIABASE has announced changes to its Country published and Activator panels, including the addition for four stations to the former. The changes take effect the evening of WEDNESDAY, APRIL 5th, with the first add dates MONDAY, APRIL 10th. Panel changes and weights are based on FALL 2022 ratings for all markets, with the next update expected in JULY based on WINTER 2023 ratings.

Condolences to Scott Stem!

Triple 8 Mgr. Scott Stem is mourning the loss of his father, James H. “Jim” Stem, who passed away yesterday (3/23) at the age of 83 from bladder cancer. "He adored my mother and treated her like a queen, and he loved God and his family more than anything," Stem tells Country Aircheck. "He was a great dad." Visitation and funeral details will be finalized soon. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Send condolences here. Doesn't bode well for a good day/week when you look at the chart this morning and the prospects ...and to see Luke Combs with 10 songs on the Spin Increase Chart this morning at the expense of other artists ..including Scotty.
