Why the limit of size for uploading image archives is suddenly so low for me?

Hi! I'm really struggling to add pics to my posts. It says that "Max total size: 4.47 kB" which is extremely low. Yesterday, it said "Max total size: 30 kb" which is also very low but i added a very low quality image to a post anyway. Now, it doesn't even allow me to upload archives of that size. After i uploades that pic yesterday, suddenly the "Max total size" was lowered to "4.47 kB" and has stayed this way since then. Please, help.

I'm not sure about the limits, but you could try uploading to a site like this and using their  direct links to post on the forum

(there are other image hosting sites out there)
