And we all thinking Kelly would loose to Ariana by a large margin, when the new coach was announced. 

@Misirlou@Daillon I think her moment with a big ballad (I will always love you) was wasted. However, I do believe she should try another one even though I'll reiterate the need for a big country diva song. 

I understand they cemented the narrative of Lana Scott as "the country artist" and Wendy as the crossover. But something's gotta give at this point. 

Wendy, however, lies between the cross and the sword. If she goes full force, Minivan will say she's yelling. If she remains restrained, the broad audience will find her dull. I honestly think she should just go with a big diva country song (Martina/Reba/Faith) with everything she can give. If it lands, it landed. If not, well, at least she won't be bounded by an awful contract. 

Somenting along the lines of Kelly's interpretation of Fancy. 

  

When they announced Holly would be performing The Dance, I feared they would use Kelly's arreangement for the Kennedy Center Honours, but I still had hope. The did worse and even dressed her in the same colours. I don't think she was to blame, though, but I couldn't be more off of her performance. 

OH NO, Holly did Kelly's arreangement of that song and using the same color pallete. I'M DEAD.

Here comes the performance I'm eager to watch. The dance is a make or break. 

GNT has been uploaded on Facebook for half an hour and have 3K likes. Paris was the first uploaded, around an hour ago and has only 2,3K

I can't stand religious songs, but Gymani delievered it. 

I wish I had a bit of booze by my side everytime someone called a R&B female singer a screamer. Alcoholic Anonymous would have a blast. 

Is this Blake making a case to Minivan that Wendy isn't a screamer? 

Oh my, I always find a bit bootlicking when they dedicate songs to the coach. But well...

Paris is being bandzilla'd a bit, but I don't think it will damage him much.

Jeez, call Linda Ronstadt Yacht Rock is rough. 

Linda have always been a crossover artist and is a great pick for Wendy, who has been transitioning to country slowly since I will always love you. If I'd have to bet, I'd say she'll go full country powerhouse next round.
