I was planning to go but my appendix had other ideas and I'm recovering from surgery. I hope to see great videos! This is the 2nd year in a row my health has kept me from his Coyote Joes show.

I still have yet to hear this song on either Charlotte station. Wash rinse and repeat right? They play "Damn Strait" all the time even his other singles, but in the commute times when I listen I haven't heard them play it. But they play songs by their "favorites" still in the 30s 40s even 50s more than a song almost in the top 20. And he will be here next week for a concert. But when it hits top 10 they will finally play it and announce the song as "Brand new just released Scotty single." It's their M.O. if there ever was one. I'm very happy most of the other stations in America are doing their job and have this song flying up the chart despite his home state stations in Charlotte who just pretend it's not out yet.

I'm gonna try and go to the Coyote Joes show! I missed the last one cause I was sick. I bet the tickets will go fast!

Someone said on Pulse it looks like Scotty may get a 3rd week at #1 on Billboard! That'd be fantastic. Overall Billboard is the more important legacy standard of the 2 charts.

"It Matters to Her" sounds so radio! It'll be huge! I was hoping for that or "Small Town Girl." I hope they go with "It Matters to Her" out of the 3 sent. It says everything about the state of Country radio that they won't play a sad song though. Sad songs are what built Country music.

Man I wish I could have gone to this! I had to work all day and I was too exhausted. I missed Scotty's show when he was there in November too cause I was sick. Looks like it was a fun night!

Those are my 2 choices. It's a hard one. "It Matters to Her" has that radio driving feel to it while "Small Town Girl" has that funky bass that makes it stand out. Either one will be a winner and another #1. After thinking about it I think "Small Town Girl" should be next. Its got that different sound to catch people's attention all over again with that bass and get a #1. Then end the era with "It Matters to Her" to give him another #1 with a driving song. It's such a great 1-2 punch!

Yes 11 is awful. I barely made it thru when he was there last time. I do have a ticket for tomorrow night but due to work I have to go in at 7 am Sunday so no way can I be out til 1 am. 11 is so late for a show. I miss the days Scotty came to the Fillmore where he would start at 9. I hate I'm gonna miss tomorrow night.

4 straight #1s and Scotty still not given an award show performance slot. It doesn't make sense.
