Early Battle Predictions

Going only off of the knowledge we have from what's been aired so far (including the promo video), what are your battle predictions? This will probably be wildly off, but it'll be fun to see what's right and wrong. I personally only saw some parts of the battle promo, but I picked out a couple pairings. NO SPOILERS PLEASE  I'm going to assume there's 2 steals for each coach, because that would only make sense.

 

TEAM JOHN:

1. Brittany Bree vs. Shadale (Shadale stolen) - both powerful AA singers, would be badass

2. Paris Winningham vs. Samara Brown (Samara stolen) - both jazzy

3. Joshua Vacanti vs. Keliah Grace (no steal) - based on promo

4. Samuel Harness vs. KJ Jennings (no steal) - based on promo

5. Jonathan Mouton vs. Janora Brown (no steal) - both soulful and passionate singers, could make a really nice duet

6. Jack Rogan vs. Sabrina Dias (no steal/montage) - both more indie/unique, sabrina showed an edgy side which could match jack

 

TEAM KELLY:

1. Jershika Maple vs. Jeremy Rosado (Jeremy stolen) - based on promo (I think?)

2. Gymani vs. Aaron Hines (Aaron stolen) - both powerhouses that can tone it down too

3. Girl Named Tom vs. Kinsey Rose (Kinsey stolen) - both have country/folk influences

4. Holly Forbes vs. Wyatt Michael (no steal) - both are unique, wyatt is fodder enough to be sacrificed to holly

5. The Cunningham Sisters vs. Xavier Cornell (no steal) - both young

6. Carolina Alonso vs. Parker McKay (no steal/montage) - i literally have no idea who carolina could get paired with. it'll prob be an awkward pairing with a bad pop song

 

TEAM BLAKE:

1. Lana Scott vs. Clint Sherman (Clint stolen) - both are heavily country, i predict a steal for clint since at least 1 montaged person usually makes it past the battles

2. Wendy Moten vs. Manny Keith (Manny stolen) - based on promo (I think?)

3. Carson Peters vs. Berritt Haynes (no steal) - berritt is easy fodder for carson and theyre both young

4. LiBianca vs. Kaitlyn Velez (no steal) - both are the least country members of team blake

5. Peedy Chavis vs. Hailey Green (no steal/montage) - both young and edgy

6. Tommy Edwards vs. The Joy Reunion (no steal/montage) - ??

 

TEAM ARIANA (A lot of her team is really similar in my mind, so this will probably be way off):

1. Vaughn Mugol vs. Sophia Bromberg (Sophia stolen) - ???

2. David Vogel vs. Chavon Rodgers (no steal) - based on promo

3. Bella DeNapoli vs. Katherine Ann Mohler (no steal) - Both more pop oriented

4. Katie Rae vs. Jim and Sasha (no steal) - ???

5. Raquel Trinidad vs. KCK3 (no steal/montage) - both really versatile

6. Ryleigh Plank vs. Hailey Mia (no steal/montage) - voices might sound good together idk

After night one, most of my predictions were correct (although I kinda cheated bc some pairings were spoiled for me in the promo). I'm going to cheat one more time and revise things a bit based on the fact that it's a save and a steal instead of 2 steals like I originally thought.

 

Night 1 (Results):

A. Katie Rae vs. Bella DeNapoli (Bella saved)- (correctly predicted they would both advance, but got the pairing wrong)

J. Samuel Harness vs. KJ Jennings (no steal) - (Correctly predicted!)

K. Girl Named Tom vs. Kinsey Rose (Kinsey saved) - (Correctly predicted pretty much)

B. Peedy Chavis vs. The Joy Reunion (Correctly predicted Peedy would advance and TJR would go home, but I got this pairing wrong)

A. David Vogel vs. Chavon Rodgers (no steal) - (correctly predicted!)

K Jeremy Rosado vs. Jershika Maple (Jershika stolen) - (predicted wrong winner)

 

Night 2 (Predictions):

A. Ryleigh Plank vs. Jim and Sasha (no steal) - ???

~B. montage  LiBianca vs. Kaitlyn Velez (no steal) - both are the least country members of team blake

~A. montage Katherine Anne Mohler vs. Hailey Mia (no steal) - both pop sounding

~J. montage  Jack Rogan vs. Sabrina Dias (no steal) - both more indie/unique, sabrina showed an edgy side which could match jack
