anticoronaperson Posted January 15, 2021 Share Posted January 15, 2021 (edited) The only time there was ever a movie specifically with American Idol finalists was From Justin To Kelly with Kelly Clarkson and Justin Guarini. That was in 2003 though. It's now 2021 and I just started thinking like what if there was another movie with some American Idol contestants and it can be way better than From Justin To Kelly? I'm just curious what people think a title of a film should be, who should be in it (It can also include people that weren't on American Idol), and what it should be about. So if they made the film now, there would be a lot of material and content they can use and put in. Are you saying you want a live documentary for more than one alumni? I would love a concert documentary for my favorites like Kelly, Kris Allen, Haley Reinhart, Phillip Phillips, David Cook, and David Archuleta. The only time I think they did that was during the American Idol Season 15 finale, but it was only for a small part of the finale. This live concert could go on for 2 to 2 and a half hours. Maybe even three hours. Who knows? Maybe they will cancel American Idol if not after American Idol Season 19, then probably after American Idol Season 20. I mean they were going to cancel it at one point and then decided to air it on a different channel. I honestly don't think realistically American Idol is going to be on as long as for instance General Hospital which has been on T.V. since 1963 and still in as they are currently on their 58th season. I am 99% sure that American Idol won't make it to a 58th season or that it would be on that long for there to be a 58th season.
