Brett Young is a country singer-songerwriter signed to Big Machine Label Group. He released his self-titled debut album with a major label in 2017, which went on to be certified Platinum. He has released two full-length studio albums so far with Big Machine, as well as three independently in 2012-2013. He has also released several EPs, included a self-titled debut with Republic Nashville in 2016 and an acoustic one in 2019. He has been nominated for many awards at the Academy of Country Music Awards, CMT Music Awards, Teen Choice Awards, Country Music Association Awards, and Billboard Music Awards, including a win for New Male Vocalist of the Year at the 2018 Academy of Country Music Awards. I remember talking about him (and Dan + Shay) at the same time back when we were naming all our favorite country artists. Oh yes, I remember him promoting a streaming concert.
