1. Awww Finding Nemo. :bye2: I would have liked it to rank a few spots higher at least from the remaining ones, but oh well. I feel sad showing up as one of the lower rankers of it, although I think and hope everyone knows how much I love a movie I have at #11. :haha::wub:

Up was a potential final cut option of mine but I decided against it as Denise really likes/loves the film.

Hi guys, sorry for leaving this rankdown a few months ago due to thesis work. Anyways, I'm catching up now and I am so happy that my favorite Disney movie in recent memory got into the Top 15! Good job rankers, and what lovely writeups (especially Denise and Chris

Yayyy welcome back MJ! :w00t: So good to see you again. And thank you, so glad you liked my Zootopia write-up!

Oooh… well only you would know, I suppose. :shifty: Oooh okay haha. Ooh something I said that saddens you more? I’m curious on this but I guess you can let me know whenever that movie shows up or something. Ahh ok. I just hope we have some similar films in our Top 10 and if so, then those are the ones I’m most rooting for!

I have my predictions of what movies you ranked where and knew Up would be #29. :teehee: I was off with Finding Nemo though, but yay for you loving it.

  2. Oooh yeah I know. Hmmm. :o

    Oh. :" border="0" alt="blushing.gif" />

You may not know what they are. :o But all of these films making Top 10 is really such an amazing achievement.

    :bye2:

    :bye2:

I have an idea how this will go and you even said we could based on your write-ups. :teeheewave: Although, it doesn't really change what I would have guessed anyway. Well, I'm sure of one that is in those two lower spots and think I know the other based on something you said, which saddens me most... but otherwise I thought it would have been a third movie. But those will be all the ones left in your 20s. I know. Also, we both have half of our Top 10s in the official Top 10. ^_^

  3. I got released from the hospital this morning so I'm catching up on everything right now. Thanks for all the well wishes. :flowers: I'll let you guys know more when the results for my blood results come back.

Glad you are home and doing better.

Oooh awww at this. Ooh lol yeah this was funny and cute to me but probably would be funnier if I saw the actual first movie. :haha:

I aim to shock and surprise. :giggle:

It would since you'd know what he's talking about and recognize the song snippets. You need to see. :bye2:

I just can't comprehend how one can not have seen Beauty and the Beast. :detective:

But seriously..... my #28 and #29 can show up ASAP, please. :ermm: Although if people can tell from my rankings and write-ups, they may be able to figure out those two films.

    :'(

  4. I know, I am just teasing Elliott because he gave the :ermm: to his #3 showing up :giggle:

    Denise:

    01.

    04.

    08.

    09.

    10.

    11.

    16.

    17.

    23.

    24.

    :teehee:

So happy six of my Top 11 are in the Top 10, since things did not seem to be going that way for me at first with this final ranking. :haha: So curious to see what will end up #1.

The :ermm: was more so because I was hoping to see the three Toy Story movies make the top ten. :dead:

My top two should be obvious now. :giggle:

It's too bad they just barely missed out, but still incredible those three all made the Top 11. :omg:

I was going to say I think I know it. :giggle:

  5. DENISE

All the movies are good, but this one is my least favorite of the first three. It's not saying much because I love all the movies and will watch the fourth one asap when Disney+ arrives (so may have seen it by the time this is posted :teehee: ).

Ooh and have to quote myself here... of course now I know Toy Story 4 is not yet on Disney+, but I did get to see it anyway with a free Redbox rental. :teeheewave: I think the fourth one is my third favorite, so agree with Chris on that.

    VICTORIA

The chaos and destruction they cause without knowing his hysterical. :dead: AND THE

    The unfinished sentence. :haha:

  6. OMG Toy Story being denied a Top 10 spot for all three of its final movies by only one spot. I do agree with the second one ranking lowest between them (and glad to see almost everyone said the same as I feared I was alone). This also may be the only one I ranked outside my own Top 10, so it works for me. o:)

Beauty and the Beast was #3 on my rankings.

    Thanks for sharing.

Only four films to go for an all-Pixar top seven.

    :o

Thank you, Denise. I'll let her know.

Awww that's good to hear regarding Olaf. :haha: Oooh awww thanks for sharing your thoughts. Ahh all understandable. And yeah maybe it can grow on you more the more you get to rewatch it.:hug:

Oooh..... well now you know. I guess that was one classic I kinda missed out on. :giggle:

By far my favorite part is Olaf recapping the first movie!!   Although this might not be as funny to you, having not seen it. :'(

    3SjCiGV9x1s

Yes, you're welcome. :teehee: It could.

    I'm still in disbelief.

    Congrats to the Top 10!

    The Little Mermaid (1989)

    Aladdin (1992)

    The Lion King (1994)

    Toy Story (1995)

    Mulan (1998)

    Monsters, Inc. (2001)

    Finding Nemo (2003)

    The Incredibles (2004)

    Up (2009)

    Toy Story 3 (2010)

At least half of them ranked in my Top 10, so yay. Some I had much lower, so oops.

  7. Yeah, I noticed the very low scores as the rankings were coming in, but I still thought it would've been Top 10 at the very least. :( And aww, no need to apologize for your ranking.

Aww. :'( I would have no problem with it in the Top 10, it just didn't rank there personally for me. Where did you rank it, Steven? :o And thank you.

  8. Lucky

Aww, hope you get to see it soon too. ^_^

Oh wow. Hope you enjoyed it. :o

Yesss? :teehee: Yeah I don't think or remember ever seeing that film in full. Think I saw parts of it here and there but don't have much recollection of it. So for that, it was never going to rank too highly for me.

:giggle: Olaf was amazing and I really liked a few of the songs. Overall, didn't touch the first one for me and is my least favorite of the Disney releases this year, but I could like it more on rewatch.

I thought you just didn't care for it as much, not that you hadn't seen it all. It's such a classic. I don't even know how this is possible. :haha: :fear:

  9. :o at Beauty and the Beast right outside the Top 10, but I did think it might fall somewhere in the middle due to (my speculation of) certain people's higher and lower rankings of it. Too bad it just missed out, even if it wasn't in my personal Top 10. :(

So sorry to Chris and Victoria losing their top favorite. :'( Reading through write-ups now and of course you both did wonderful justice to the movie. I knew it wasn't a big favorite of yours, but not that. :haha:

    Denise, understandable ranking.

I double-checked to see if I had everyone’s ranking correct for Beauty and the Beast since I was stunned it didn’t make the Top 10. :(

I would be surprised in general as well, but figured at least three rankers had it in the bottom half. I'm curious on Dee's thoughts. And sorry I ranked it #19, but only because I love so many movies so much. :bye2: No negative thoughts or feelings from me, and I in no way tried to tank it (or any movie).

Victoria is not going to be happy at all. :broken: She loves that film. We once got into a fight because I broke her bootleg copy of the film. A BOOTLEG.

Steven, she is still in the hospital. She is being monitored over night. They found some irregularities in her blood so they are running test. I'm hoping for the best. :( She has been through so much lately with her anxiety, depression, mood swings and our grandpa passing. Please keep her in your thoughts.

I'm going to send you her write-ups though. She asked me to send you the ones she has done but forgot to sent you last night.

Oh my goodness, Victoria is in my prayers and I really hope she will feel better soon. :'( Thank you for keeping us updated.

  10. Ooh awww yeah and omggg lmao wow really? :lmao: This is too funny. And now I am too scared to rewatch to see if she annooys me now too. :ph34rwave: I figured you would love the dwarfs.

Oooh ahhh I see and understand now. :o Yikes @ him hating Frozen 2. That's some strong feelings there. :fear:

Yeah, you can see some here: https://forum.emptyclosets.com/index.php?th...nnoying.371486/ I am curious to know what you'd think too. :detective: I do!

He has super strong opinions. :haha: Of course I will still see it for myself, and knowing he hates it means I will probably love it. :teehee:

Denise: - Denise is safe as her #26 through #30 have all shown up already. We may continue to talk and be friends. Even if Beauty and the Beast is #24 I'll still be okay with you because I didn't approach you for a final deal of sorts. ^_^ VICKY + DENISE.

Wallace: Wally scares be because he doesn't own a VCR, DVD, Blu-ray, Playstation, Xbox, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ or any device to watch these movies on. :'(

    Yay! :teehee: :D

    :haha:

  11. Zootopia.

    Also love Cinderelly. :giggle:

As you should be. :giggle: Omggg lmaoo yikes @ rewatching the movie making you rank it lower than you expected to. And OMG I’m cracking up at how you found her annoying. :dead::lmao: It’s definitely a film with a great legacy for sure.

I believe you. Oooh I’m not exactly sure what you mean regarding your brother comment. :o But yeah I know people of all ages could like it but it’s just harder for me getting into the more recent Disney films than the classics when I was younger. Maybe watching it with family could make it work? IDK.

You weren’t supposed to see that.

Ah yeah, that was unfortunate but... a Google search told me I'm not the only one. :" border="0" alt="blushing.gif" /> I agree. And I love the dwarfs.

Oh, I thought you knew he's hard to please and he hardly likes anything I do. Although I found out over Thanksgiving that he hated Frozen 2. :fear: Oh. :(

    DENISE

I know my mom loves this scene so much, so shout out to her.

Yes! She asked me last week if she could make the sloth her profile icon on Disney+!

    VICTORIA

Meanwhile, at the palace the King is frustrated with his son, the Prince. Such generic names they had back then. :dead:

And you thought you've seen the last of The Cheetah Girls but here they are belting out their feminist hit "Girl Power". :*

    The names comment. :lmao:

I thought this was "Cinderella." :haha: I love both of those songs though.

  12. Oh wow, both the Top 30 and Top 15 started with my lowest ranking (remaining) movie. I'm sure one of my favorites will be next.

Toy Story 2 can miss the Top 10. ^_^

I think we might have the same ranking of the Toy Story movies.

I, too, was shocked. But overall, I prefer Cinderella over Snow White

    Me too.

YIKES Denise and i being on opposite ends regarding Snow White. :dead: But hey it's happened with Moana and maybe some others but still funny to see. :lmao:

Hmmmm. I'll take your word that it's great though. LMAOO I don't remember this but lol this sounds funny. :haha:

I was hoping for no one else to take notice of that. But yeah you of all people shouldn't be surprised there. :haha:

YESS! OMGGG I just mis-commented. :" border="0" alt="blushing.gif" /> :haha: Ooooh reallyyy? Hmmm this has me more curious.

    Awww yayy for that!

I am floored it's in your Top 3. :omg: I'm sure I would have ranked it higher (not sure where) had I not rewatched it, but I really found her to be annoying. :ph34rwave: I still of course love it for what it is and the legacy it created.

It's worth watching. :bye2: It's not just for kids and my brother likes it, which you know means something. :teehee: Oh.

I notice things. I'm not, but I think the older and new ones are pretty evenly distributed on my ranking. :detective:

 Yes. I'm sure about one, but don't know about the other. I think it'll at least be in your Top 10.

We can say "yayy for that!" when you watch Moana.

    OMG It better be. :|

Zootopia, the Sophie Summer & Ben Stiller of this rankdown

    :wub::wub:

With MJ around, Zootopia would probably have finished higher

    :bye2:

I feel like it's gonna rank pretty close around where I put it, or even higher, which is fine with me since I kind of wish I put it higher now.
