He puts rock spins on oldies, worship music, and country songs. He’s got a very soulful sound. Not sure how far he’ll go though as it might not be seen as modern.

She has a very easy going voice. She tends to sing pop and country ballads. She plays the guitar. Not the most unique voice but she’s pitch perfect on most of her covers.

I like his tone but think he lacks some control. He’s a bit raw and pitchy in some covers

And now for the second one. One of my favorite to date that I’ve discovered. He’s a bit raw but his tone is incredible.

He’s got a lot of originals as well. His tone is kind of soulful pop; probably similar style/lane to Francisco.

Conyer Walker. The video I’m attaching is 2 years old but his current videos sound similar. I just wanted a full cover. He’s a country singer. Not sure if he stands out enough to go far but here it is.

I think she’s in a lane with several singers. She’s a little jazzy but probably a pop singer. I think as always it depends on whose got the best live vocals and stage presence. It’s tough to say

No this is Billie Eilish’s cover of Bad by Michael Jackson. I forgot to do a feature today. I’ll do two tomorrow to make up for it

My personal opinion:

Taryn regressed a bit. More like her audition which was good but not spectacular like her battle. Her range seems big but not as big as I expected and her rasp is nice but I wish she’d open that range up a bit more.

Julia Cooper deserves the win. She was very stylistic but didn’t overdo it and the song was perfect for her.

Larriah has raw talent. She was pitchy on a few runs and some of her belts but she’s got untapped potential. 
 

Ryan would be my last choice yet he’s leading the views. Well he’s good; I feel as if he could be a bit more powerful and I’ve seen this type of act done better on AGT in my personal opinion. 
 

Vote Julia. John seems to love her so maybe she could get the CS over Bailey or Tamara if it comes down to it or even PV if she wins this. Doubt it but you never know

Also cool thing is that Maddie + Tae... the original singers reacted to the performance saying how good it was as did Natalie Weiss (famous Broadway star and vocal coach)

To clarify I found the run at 3:18 to be unnecessary and also on the crescendo and ending he seemed to put too many runs and I wish he’d just simplify his vocal

I found Cami nearing creative but still didn’t get fully there and John was a bit all over the place in the second half of his performance

3 chair turn. Widely considered to have beat Bailey by a lot in her battle. A double steal in his knockout. And there’s as many comments on YouTube about him as Desz when Desz is a front runner as well

Yes. I actually like her the best on Team Kelly. I found Cami’s performance to be a bit too generic. I’d love for Madeline to make it. She’s so marketable as a pop country singer but doubt she makes it

She also auditioned in Ojai. She looks pretty young and I’d describe her as an indie pop artist who sometimes takes on alt rock.
