  1. Facebook reactions just before the show ends on the West Coast:
    Hailey (uptempo) - 2.9K

    Hailey (ballad) - 2K

    Hailey (total) - 4.9K

    Paris (uptempo) - 1.7K

    Paris (ballad) - 4.2K
    Paris (total) - 5.9K

    GNT (uptempo) - 8.5K

    GNT (ballad) - 4.1K
    GNT (total) - 12.6K

    Jershika (uptempo) - 1.8K

    Jershika (ballad) - 2K
    Jershika (total) - 3.8K

    Wendy (uptempo) - 4.6K

    Wendy (ballad) - 4.8K
    Wendy (total) - 9.4K

Facebook predicts GNT>Wendy>Paris>Hailey>Jershika and that's exactly how I think the results will go. The winner is going to be GNT most likely, Wendy is the only one who can stop them.

Did Paris give any clues about song choice in his insta lives?

Paris said one of his songs has been requested a lot for him and the other is unexpected. Let your mind run wild on what this could be.

He also said something along the lines of “if Wendy sounds anything like she did in rehearsal yesterday, we’re all in trouble”, so she seemed to have gotten 2 great song choices on paper. We’ll see though.

  3. I’ve been thinking… even though Facebook stats are the clear strongest indicator of the vote patterns, how significant are different numbers actually?

Let’s say hypothetically Wendy gets 12K reacts on Facebook and GNT gets 15K, and everyone who reacts casted 10 votes. That’s a 3000 person difference, or 30,000 votes. The show gets 6.5 million viewers a week, which averages out to about .46% of a vote difference. That’s an extremely small margin.

But it’s also strange because usually the lowest numbers on Facebook have the lowest vote totals, even when the percentage of audience votes is probably still marginally small (below 1%.)

Assuming this happens in the finale, it will probably come down to the casual voters that don’t use social media, and that’s not something that there’s a definitive answer to yet even if signs point to a GNT win.

  4. Gonna go on a bit of a limb here.

    Winner - GNT

    Runner-up - Wendy

    3rd - Hailey

    4th - Paris

    5th - Jershika

Usually when Blake has multiple contestants in the finale (with some exceptions) he goes all in for his favorite, which in this case is Wendy. I expect him to put out all the stops next week for her to win, even if it probably won't happen.

Oh, forgot, I want Wendy to win.

  5. More trivia because why not?

There have been 8 seasons with the "block", and 32 contestants were blocked from getting another coach. 7/32, or roughly 21.8% of these contestants made the finale.

    S14 - Britton Buchanan (runner-up)

    S16 - Gyth Ridgon (runner-up)
    S17 - Katie Kadan (3rd place)

    S19 - John Holiday (5th place)

S20 - Cam Anthony (winner), Kenzie Wheeler (runner-up)

    S21 - Wendy Moten (runner-up)

  6. Jershika Maple turned 38% on The Voice App during her audition and still made the finale, I think this is the lowest turn percentage a finalist ever had.

Also shows that app percents mean absolutely nothing :haha:

  7. One of the nicest coaches that's ever been on the panel and has spent a lot of time with her artists, which shows she genuinely cares about them.

However she has extremely thin skin and gets too emotional to make smart decisions. Her inexperience massively caught up to her.

  8. More trivia because S21 has a lot!

Wendy Moten at 57 is the oldest finalist in voice history.

S21 is the first season since S14 with 2 AA women in the finale, the first season since S8 where the majority of the contestants are steals, and the first season since s13 where the new coach was shut out of the finale :haha:
