  1. Stuck at work a few more hours and won’t have time to squeeze a write up in, so I’ll wait and see what’s left when I get home! Sad about Pen15 though :'( brought back so many awkward tween/teen memories I tried so hard to block out
  2. No worries! Glad you were able to jump in and save it since you really cared about it. Sorry I still got rid of one you liked :flowers: I honestly just went by ones that had the shortest run time before being canceled since I hadn’t seen several of the sitcoms in that list. I’m surprised by this too! I feel like the show was around a lot longer than that. Maybe it’s because of the movies and spin offs? But I definitely feel like it was around for more of my middle/high school years than that
  3. Cristela I was not familiar with this show, but I see it was a comedy that aired on ABC for one season from October 2014-April 2015 before being cancelled. It was created by stand-up comedian Cristela Alonzo. Along with being the creator she also produced the show and starred in it, which is pretty awesome. The show follows a recent law school graduate who is currently working as an unpaid intern for a law firm while living with her sister, Daniela and her family. The show focuses on the struggles she faces as she navigates her way through a job where she encounters some racism, and a home life where her family has concerns over her chosen career path. The show battled inconsistent ratings before its ultimate cancellation. I read a few articles discussing how disappointed Cristela was in the show’s cancellation, being it was such a personal project to her which is unfortunate Saving: Half & Half
  4. At work, and didn’t get around to the write up yet anyways So I’ll switch my cut to Cristela Still save Half and Half
  5. Sure! Save Half & Half Cut Splitting Up Together
  6. My thoughts exactly none of the shows were jumping out at me for either cuts or saves (other than a few that people already did). If anyone has any they really love and want saved, let me know!
  7. Spin the Wheel This is going to be real quick since I’m at dinner with my husband and just wanted to sneak one in before I forgot  I’ll make it prettier later. Spin the Wheel is a trivia/strategy game show that premiered earlier this year on FOX. it was created by Justin Timberlake and hosted by Dax Shepard. The show involves spinning a giant wheel where there are either cash rewards or “lose everything” wedges. While spinning, players are asked trivia questions. There are a total of four rounds, and places throughout where contestants are given offers to walk away or risk it for more money. All of the contestants are “good samaritans” who have done good things for their community/are heroes, so that’s a nice touch as well. I’ve seen an episode here or there, but I’m not extremely familiar with it. Chose to eliminate it mostly because I feel like it’s hard to compare a game show with new contestants each week to shows that have scripts and plot lines that carry throughout. Saving: Breaking Bad

  9. A.N.T. Farm This list makes me feel really old, considering I hadn’t heard of a few of these shows  Hopefully no one objects terribly to this cut. Overall, I’ve never really been a fan of shows of this Disney/Nick era (again, old!), and this one seemed like it would interest me least based on the plot description. A.N.T. Farm aired from 2011-2014 on the Disney Channel as a “teen sitcom.” The premise is a group of preteens who are enrolled in a gifted program at a high school called “Advanced Natural Talent”, hence the title. The main characters are Chyna (China Anne McClain) who is a music prodigy, Olive (Sierra McCormick) who has photographic memory, and Fletcher (Jake Short) who is an art genius of some sort. There are conflicts with the older students who aren’t too keen on sharing the school with these much younger “prodigies.” Checked it out on YouTube before doing my write up. On the positive side, the theme song was catchy. :flowers: negatively, the humor was just as cringy as most of the kids/teens shows tend to be! Saving: The Originals (since it’s one of the few remaining I’m familiar with).

  11. My trash reality loving heart agrees with this. <3 Though there are a few that may make easier cuts, which I’m also ok with
  12. Ah, so exciting! Decided to go nostalgic for the immunity choices... Buffy the Vampire Slayer The Mole :flowers: :flowers:
  13. Now I’m nervous! Sounds like I picked an intense first rankdown to apply for!
  14. Thanks! I’ve been enjoying just following along. A lot of the reality show ones I was worried I hadn’t seen enough seasons to really participate (esp Survivor and Amazing Race where I’ve seen most of the early seasons, but not as many of the recent ones). I do watch a lot of tv though, so I felt like this one I could actually give more input Thank you! Fingers crossed! Either way, it was time to stop just creeping around all of the boards
  15. Just sent in an application I’ve been lurking on these boards for years, especially recently with all of the rankdowns that have been happening. I obsessively check them all daily, as embarrassing as that is Anyways, I always chicken out when it comes to actually applying to one of these myself, but I finally just buckled down and did it. Not sure if I’ll get chosen since I really haven’t built up any kind of presence here. If this time doesn’t work out, I’ll be sure to post more in here so I’ll have a better shot of being chosen in the future. Either way, I’m really excited to follow along with this!
