I just don’t get why IDF is calling Gwen a moron. Chechi is not country & she’s on Team Gwen. Do IDF really think if Gwen kept Chechi she’d win the entire show? This is stupid minivan. If there are team quotas, Tanner is her only shot at higher than 5th place. Now if Blake dropped Chechi, I’d be mad at him because she’d have a slim chance to win with him.

I don’t know why IDF is so confounded. Gwen had freaking Queen Rose Short on her team & she lost. Rose Short couldn’t win. Listen to that queens performances! Chechi was never going to win the entire season since she’s too great for minivan’s bad tastes. She could have been runner up at best. We already have a ton of queens in the top 20 (Ruby, Jacquie & Nini among others). Tanner is a teenage boy. He could pull a Carter Rubin if he completely sucks. Gwen just chose who would be her best chance at winning. We’ve known since season 1 that’s not always the best singer. Being a 4 chair turn is meaningless. She’s just recreating Carter Rubin (Tanner) & Ben Allen (BIAS).

If she’s Team John, I guess her battle partner is Kaylee or Taylor, but it could easily be Deejay or Stee. If she’s team Gwen, it’s Jason. Yeah unfortunately I agree with you.
