I’m actually feeling more optimistic about Dan+Shay as coaches! I feel like they will be very excited and engaged like Niall. I can’t wait to see what kind of team they’ll build.

Each of them have a specific genre but all are diverse. John’s done great work with indie acts plus R&B, Chance was willing to work with everyone (just hoping his decisionmaking is better), D+S aren’t strict country (and thankfully not bro country), and Reba is Reba. 

 

Yeah, and good point about John and indie artists. I’ll go in with an open mind. After all, it’s the contestants that make a season for me.
