Usually my experience with The Voice Norway is that I love the auditions and then got disappointed on the battles cause I disagree with almost all the judges choices. This year at least it started different, the choices weren’t so disappointing to me lol - Obviously I disagreed with Vetle losing the battle, he was on my favorites team, and I don’t see no differential on Marita, to me she’s very ordinary, good singer but yeah. It didn’t surprised me though. - To me is very hard to believe that Espen chose Jiah, again I didn’t see anything to change my mind about her. It’s a good singer, but far behind the others. On this battle specially, Sigrid left no doubts, she was clearly the stronger. I’m happy though that at least both Sigrid and Karoline got stolen. - Agreed with all the rest. Kristina battle specially was crazily good. Front runner for sure, she has something no else does. Marthe surprised me and did a good job too, but I wouldn’t spent a steal on her knowing all the people that are coming. So I don’t think Espen is being smart on his choices.

To me the battles already started much better than the low level of the auditions. Much better and less obvious song choices also. On the other hand, to balance my problem with voice van vlaanderen this year, I disagreed with half the decisions lol Fleur vs Liene: to me Fleur were 1000x better than Liene, a more distinguished tone and more variety on her vocal choices. She’s also one of the reasons I decided come back and watch the season, so it’s discouraging to see her leave on the first battle. Selina vs Ramy: I think this was really equal and close, but I also prefer Ramy, cause I think Selina is more common, there’s a lot of similar girls on the competition , and to me Ramy was more unique. Hannah vs Marthe: I thought this would be an easy one, cause on the auditions Hannah was my least favorite on her team. On the battle I think Hannah’s tone shined more, and I would choose her. Again not the result I expected lol but I like Marthe Kobe vs Soraya: easy one, Kobe is one of my favorites and here, he dominated the battle. Noor vs Pieter: those are my 2 least favorites on team Koen, so I don’t really care, but I think it was a mistake to pair them and lose a spot that could go for someone else. That being said, I also would go with Noor. Elke vs Wouter: I thought Wouter audition was weak, and Elke did a decent job. Here I had no favorite. Elke sounds more experienced and has a better trajectory, but Wouter had more improvement. I’m not sure if I agree with the result here again. Lune vs Kevin: One more battle that I don’t care for none. The song suited Kevin better, but I don’t like the style of music he does. Lune is a little forgettable so yeah I wouldn’t mind any result, but Kevin deserved. Anouk vs Xerxes: I think both improved from the auditions. I also preferer Xerxes though. - Most of my favorites didn’t perform tonight, so my biggest disappointment was only Fleur elimination, I think she had much more to give and she did enough to win that battle.

I decided to catch up the blinds because of my veterans favorites Tim, Fatima and Fleur lol (and because I’m sick and have nothing else to do lmao) I just finished watching the blinds, and before watching the battles, I chose 5 favorites of mine in each team: Team Koen: Charlotte, Charlotte Canoot, Wout, Luca and Kobe. Team Mathieu: Marouane, Fleur, Laurens, Sven and Mette-Marie. Team Jan: Tim, Sotos, Lucas, Michelle and Christophe. Team Natalia: Fatima Zohra, Charlotte, Lisa, Yasmine and Ramy.

Man, what a nice surprise to see Fatima here. It makes me miss even more The Voice of Holland. I love her tone and I hope she do well in this competition.

Before watching the battles, my choices would be probably this: I would consider choosing Karoline over Sigrid and Guro over Joakim though.

I never would've guessed none of those pairings lol I just finished re-watching the auditions and damn, this season is crazy, there's a lot of winner auditions, and I have no ideia what is going to happen with the choices, too many great artists. I'm ready for those battles and I hope it's as good as the auditions were.

And it seems you might not have been following this actual season from the start lol But that's it, each person chooses what they want to believe. I respect your opinion and I have no doubts of mine

to me, there's no way, he still would be more voted than someone, at least one person. I've never seen this level of hype for a contestant on australian shows, and suddenly people forgot to vote for him lol

LOL I don't believe for a second in this results, there's no way Ripley with all his hype was the least voted. I believe he probably wanted to quit the show because of his career already happening without the winning, and the producers decided to fake that shocking elimination. No one would convince me, the hype is too strong, someone would have least votes than him.

yeah I agree, I think it really was time to finish the auditions lol Those last 2 episodes were far behind the rest of the auditions. But still the cast for the season is really strong and there are many incredible artists. It will be hard to see the cuts from now on. I did like Joakim and Mari tones, but no big deal. Tim who auditioned yesterday have been on the show before, and he was one of my favorite contestants on the history of voice van vlaanderen. This season is so messed up that even him made a weak audition lol It wasn't bad, but nothing more than ok, last time he turned the 4 chairs on the first verse.

I think it is a pretty interesting and balanced top 12. I definitely would change Issac and Kiani for Jackson Smith and Kym Miaco, but I understand that the chosen ones did good performances on the night. My 3 favorites, now that Jackson is gone, continues to be Ripley, Imogen and Drea, but I think everyone has potential to get to the final, I have no ideia what the audience choices are gonna be, but anyway it will be sad and surprising to see anyone go. The only thing that is almost 100% closed, is that Ripley is def gonna be on the grand final, and he's the most likely to win.

The choices tonight were exactly what I expected again, besides Kiani being chosen, causa I though Kym would be on her place. Considering the performances, I can understand, I was also expeting a bit more from Kym, and with Ivana and Drea advancing with upbeat performances, I think she lost her spot. It's sad to me, cause I see a lot of potential on her. Kiani did a good performance and her tone is really enjoyable. To me Olivia, was the weakest from the girls, so if they weren't choosing Kym, Kiane and Denvah were def the right choices. There's no one like Denvah on the show, and it's to find it anywhere, she's really unique, so I had no doubts her spot was guaranteed. About the guys, it was also nothing out of what I expected. Tyler was really deserving of the fast pass, my favorite singer tonight and has doing a perfect trajectory on the show. Between TJ and Jake, I'm not even a little surprised, as I said before I think Jake has been a little generic on his latest performances and even though he did good tonight there's already Tyler and Issac with similar styles already on the top 21. And on the other hand TJ is more unique and after some really bad performances, tonight he was able to show what the judges have seen on him on the auditions, his artistry in general.

Second Round: That was a really strong episode, the girls made it hard to choose. I agree with tho, cause since they're all did great performances tonight, Amy and Ivana have been more consistent, they've been delivering great after great, so it made harder for the other girls. Saoirse had one of the strongest auditions, really connecting and emotional, but I think the thing was that she put the stakes too high, and didn't delivery all that was expected from her during the show. Tonight she did really good, but maybe she had a little lack of stage presence. Natasha surprised me a lot, that's probably my favorite performance of her, I love that song and she executed it really well. I think she should be on the same night as Kym Miaco cause to me they would be fighting for the same spot. Tonight she was probably against Ivana who also did an upbeat song, and yeah, that's a tough barely impossible competition lol she was my favorite tonight, untouchable performance, the vocals, the presence it was everything there. Amy also did an on point performance, and it makes you get some points by executing so well a song so big like this one. About the boys, yeah, I knew it couldn't be all perfect choices. Jackson was one of my favorites I'm really sad to see him go so soon. Even though tonight he did a really simple performance, with no big moments, but to me the same goes for Trent. And obviously I prefer Jackson much more, even more than Issac. But yeah, it's undeniable that Issac showed a really good improvement tonight and it was probably the best male performance. I hope to see Jackson on the voice another year, I think he has a lot of potential. Even though I like Trent, I feel like I've been waiting for him to delivery something more, but every performance it's kind of the same thing for me.

To me the first round of the Top21 had perfect choices, I wouldn't do anything different. My 2 favorite girls and my favorite guy, and Dylan who has been really consistent the whole show. They're choosing 2 girls and 2 boys each round, so it was really clear that Dylan and Ripley had better performances than Kobe. Kobe did a poor choice of arrangement for that song, it didn't match with the lyrics, so it was an empty message that he was singing. Ripley, every one of his performances makes me more sure that it will be hard for anyone else to steal his winning. Dylan is ready for his career, there's nothing to add, he seems very conscious of the type of artist he wants to be. About the girls, Imogen again was really a stand out, there's no discussion, and it was really fair that she received the fast pass. I've never been a fan of Chenai, so again I was expecting her to be eliminated, probably it's just not my thing, she did a decent performance, but yeah, nothing got me again. Bethany is probably one of the contestant with more ups and downs on this competition, but that's is definitely a high point of her. I wasn't expecting this song choice to work for her and she did very well. Still it wasn't enough for me not to prefer Drea. I love everything about her, her tone is very special, she has a lot of control on her vocal choices, her stage presence works very naturally. I think her uniqueness couldn't be out of this top 12, no one else could fill her spot.
