Nicole Nelson, four-chair turn, everyone loves her, but then Loren Allred surprises Adam in the knockouts and he picks her over Nelson. Not that it was the wrong decision, but since Allred was a double montage, the audience had no idea who she was so she was a dead contestant walking in the playoffs.

How would a Voice season work where none of the contestants want to choose Adam or CeeLo? 

I would say that when Adam hits, he hits big. But when he misses, he whiffs big.

 

As everyone else has already observed, he changed over time and seemed to lose his passion. And then for that final season, he reached CeeLo Season 5 level of radioactive.

Cameo is a short personal video from a celebrity. They can wish someone a happy birthday, congratulate them on their promotion, give them a shout out for being a big fan, or whatever. Within reason. Works better as a gift you buy for someone else. Jason Alexander charges $1000, Ice Cube charges $500 and Debra Messing charges $350, for example.

It depends. There's no way to know for sure unless you were there. One time during a clip where they cut back and forth between the rehearsal and the coach talking to the camera about the contestant, Blake said he picked a song for one of his artists, yet afterward in an interview the artist said he chose it. But there are a lot of songs that the contestants are given and don't have a say about.

 

During season 6, for the second battle round, the show made a big deal about how the contestants go to to select the song, then we see that they're given a list of only three songs and most of them sucked.

You can download the videos and reupload them, maybe cut out the stuff at the front and end. They don't seem to get taken down.

This just in from NBC. The Voice will not be canceled until both CeeLo and Shakira coach a champion, so the show has been renewed for 456 more seasons.

Unless I really connect with a contestant, which is hard to do with the way The Voice has been running things lately, I really don't care who wins. Everyone who wins is good, some just aren't great. I'd put Carter in the middle to lower middle range.

Three weeks of live shows, with two of them being the playoffs and finale. WTF? Next season the Voice winner will be the first blind audition they turn for, and the contestant will win a Big Mac and soft drink.

I don't care who wins. Haven't cared in a while. Looking through the finalists, I think season 13 was the last time I cared. It's just hard to care when the show doesn't care about the contestants and just blows through them with bloodbath eliminations, short live shows and less and less singing opportunities.

Didn't like any original, am not voting for anyone but Carter's still winning despite his stumbles.

You don't necessarily fall in the finale if you underwhelm. Look at Barrett Baber. He still finished ahead of the second-best singer in the finale.

Guns N Roses has never been done before. I'm guessing they either turn The Voice down or it would cost too much?
