buttons66 Posted March 1 Author Share Posted March 1 Mesquite ISD Education Foundation · What an incredible night celebrating Mesquite ISD teachers and students. Scotty McCreery put on a world-class performance with impeccable vocals, story-telling and great country music. At one point. most of the room was two-stepping with their date to Scotty's unreleased song, "Slow Dance", which might just get released this week! The night also included recognition of MISD's newly named Teachers and Principals of the Year, and highlighted an Innovation Grant at Rutherford Elementary School addressing literacy for their youngest students, while connecting the program back to student families. Just before the concert, we set a new fundraising record in our Live Auction, thanks to some extremely generous supporters of MISD.
