Based on what actually happened:

- S4: Amber because she had a song on the top 10 on iTunes. She would have made it had there were 4 finalists. 

- S5: Cole. They even declared the top 4 after announcing James Wolpert was eliminated  

- S6: Kristen. Without the last minute instant save she would have taken Christina's spot. It would have been an amazing finale have they done 4 finalists that season.
