McCreery has since established himself as a top country artist. In 2018, he had two back-to-back No. 1 songs in “Five More Minutes” and “This Is It.”

On Friday, McCreery will play a sold out show at Wilmington’s Greenfield Lake Amphitheater. It’s not McCreery’s first time in the Port City. He played the N.C. Azalea Festival in 2012.

Greenfield Lake Amphitheater is one of the most magical and intimate settings to ever see a concert. It’s nestled in a basin of the Cape Fear River and is surrounded by hundred-year-old cypress trees, NC longleaf pines, and 180 degrees of water.
