Music for thought

Why are judges mollycoddling some of the individuals who are not performing well consistently? I feel like they are giving way more praise to many of the contestants who do not necessarily deserve a standing ovation and way less praise/ comment to the ones that are truly musical and creative. This is getting a bit frustrating. I thought we were voting for musical talent not just looks and stage presence. I am shocked that we are not seeing Roman and Nya who really should be there. I give them all credit for what they are doing, and they should all be proud of their hard work, but at this point especially, some are standing out way more than others. Some need to take a year and do some work then maybe return.
