Some information that I heard it seems they are going to withdraw... and the decision was decided after they failed to qualify the following day of the semifinal... However Monaco, North Macedonia and Montenegro could comeback this year, maybe Romania because it was money the issue and Bulgaria they send a delegation and it seems the new director is in favour to participate, so let's wait how everything goes.
