7 rankings this week!

Week 12:

1. Chelsie Baham (=) - 1.7

2. Makensy Manbeck (=) - 2.1

3. Rubina Bernabe (=) - 2.9

4. Cam Sullivan-Brown (=) - 3.3

Overall rankings will go until Sunday, October 27th (two weeks after the finale)

-Please no "strategic ranking" (this isn't a game, no need to rank a popular contestant you like low just because you wanna see someone you like more rank higher overall)

-Please don't edit your posts. I like adding up the rankings as I get them. If you feel you have to change something, just rank again and let me know that you're ranking again. I'll use everyone's final rankings in the tally at the end of the week.

-Please include all 16 houseguests in your rankings

  • Alex95 changed the title to Weekly Rank the Houseguests: BB26 (Overall Ends 10/27)

1. Makensy - What to say about her idk it's certainly been a rollercoaster being a Makensy fan lol. I will say that I hope she uses this as a learning experience and is able to grow as a person because of it. That being said she is the record holder for most comp wins so that's impressive. She's also one of the best looking girls that's ever been on the show so pretty priveldge gets her the #1 spot.

2.  Angela - Angela was easily the most entertaining Houseguest of the season. She did us all a favor by getting rid of Matt week one so bless her for that. I considered putting her #1 since she was the most entertaining and maybe on a different season I might have but realistically no one was taking that spot besides Makensy.

3. Leah - Leah seems like genuinely good person so that's great. And I really enjoyed her on Big Brother so I will be curious to see if she ends up on another show or not.

Here's where it drops and gets harder.

4. Quinn - I liked Quinn for the most part. Being a dumb super fan kinda made him endearable.

5. Brooklyn - The one prejury person I wish we saw more from.  I really liked what little I saw from her.

6.  Cam - Cam seemed like a really good guy. And it's pretty hilarious how bad a D1 athlete was at literally everything lol.

Another jump in quality

7. Tucker - I'm glad he went when he did and it didn't end up being the Tucker show. From what I saw I enjoyed for the most part but had he made it farther I probably would have liked him a lot less.

8. Rubina - She was pretty useless most of the season but overall I didn't mind her I guess.

9. Cedric - I started watching the season on his blindside and that was a fun episode. I probably would have liked him if I saw more of him.

Things are getting rough

10 T'kor - She definitely an unique person. I had some highs and lows with her on the show.  But I think I ended up just not enjoying much of her.

11. Joseph - I wasn't a huge Joseph fan he just kinda gave me the ick I guess.

12. Lisa - I literally know absolutely nothing about her so that's funny I guess?

13. Kimo - He literally brought absolutely nothing to the show and kept getting dragged far because of how useless he was.

🤮🤮🤮

14. Chelsie - She did play the best game and deserved to win for that reason. With that being said playing the best game doesn't guarantee you a top placement here. Her weaponizing religion reminds me too much of people from my hometown who I am glad I left behind a long time ago. So I pretty much dislike just about everything about her which I can say the same about a lot of big brother winners so I guess she's in good company at least.

15.  Kenny - I don't know anything about him and I think I'm glad that this is the case.

16. Matt - I'm definitely glad he went first he seems truly awful. I hope Makensy stays far far away from him.

Overall:

1. Angela - She gave us comp beast realness. She gave us crazy drama. Screaming matches and insults. She toed the line, maybe occasionally crossed it. She was dangerous in a way that made watching live feeds thrilling. She had an insane underdog story for the ages. She was paranoid. She was over-the-top. She still made it all the way to the final six. Angela is EVERYTHING you want out of a Big Brother houseguest and I do not take her for granted. We will never see another Angela again. People will try I'm sure. But it just won't happen. I'm thankful BB26 brought Angela Murray into our lives for ten weeks.

2. T'kor - I don't think I'll ever be able to put into words why I love T'kor because she goes against a lot of what I love in a reality tv personality. She hates drama. She's calm, cool and collected. She's a bit self-righteous. People flock to her like a cult leader. But I think it's because she's so unassuming that it works? T'kor just wanted to sit there and crochet. Instead she blows up the house by blindsiding Cedric, takes out Tucker with her HOH, had half the house losing their minds over the prospect of T'kor no longer being there. She's a bit of a normal in a sea of crazies which is an archetype I do tend to enjoy. But not just that. She shepherds those crazier than her. She facilitates drama, and then shuts down because she can't believe there's drama happening around her. T'kor had a dream final six and was prepared to bulldoze her way through the game in order to get the results she wanted, despite the fact that she doesn't actually like blowing things up. She's a walking contradiction. She just...fascinates me? I've rarely been so perplexed watching someone as I was with T'kor.

3. Lisa - Lisa is perfect. When I wasn't too sure about Angela at first, I was glad I had Lisa. Because she had the genuine kind of crazy that you can't just turn on for tv. She was just that crazy. I fear she may have been forgotten and it would be a shame if that was the case. While Angela vs. Matt is what everyone will remember about week one, I will not forget Lisa's dramas with Angela, Matt and Tucker. Lisa winning the veto comp. Lisa putting glitter in people's food. Can you imagine how much more chaotic the season would've been if Lisa lasted longer?!

4. Brooklyn - Brooklyn was a slow burn for me and when she started fighting with Kenney I was like boom there it is! She has crazy potential. Brooklyn & Chelsie were the early frontrunners and I was curious how they would handle the Cedric blindside. Chelsie played it calm and rebuilt her bond with T'kor. Brooklyn lost her mind and went down in a blaze of glory . Looking at their rankings, I'm sure you can imagine which one I preferred. And shoutout to her for her contributions to the charcuterie scene. I'm glad they focused on it at the finale because it really was a top three moment of the season.

5. Leah - I initially had her ranked third, but then I bumped her down a bit. Because I was going through my rankings and she really didn't breakout until she vetoed Angela. And then she won HOH, took my second favorite out, and immediately got blindsided by her other closest ally lol. I think Leah had a really high peak. I knew early on she had that in her, and was disappointed she was just a mute townsperson for most of the pre-jury. So her breakout ended up being everything I wanted and more. But it was still like 2.5 good weeks out of 10? This may sound like a harsh writeup, but she's getting ranked 5th on a very strong cast. I really loved Leah during her peak and I'm glad she proved that she has that in her. Really could have a legendary second appearance if she got another chance. But I'm justifying ranking her below Lisa and Brooklyn cause I stand by it.

6. Chelsie - If Chelsie didn't have to face the adversity she did in the middle of the pre-jury I do think I'd be harder on her. Cause Lord knows I hate a boring steamroll. But we got to see Chelsie play the game from all angles. She dominated when she was in power. She got exposed and fell to the bottom, and still crawled out of the hole. She manipulated. Of course I love watching the game, but I don't specifically watch Big Brother for the game, I watch for the characters. But I actually thought Chelsie made playing the game really fun. I mean yeah the last few weeks were boring, but they usually are. She was kinda nasty at times, but I'm glad I felt something watching her. And overall I didn't think she was too bad compared to the evils we see on this show year after year lol. I'm happy with her as a houseguest and I'm happy to include her in the GOAT conversations from this point forward.

7. Cam - Honestly, an angel. One of the sweetest guys I've seen on the show. Early on I thought he was gonna be boringly dominant. But then it turned out that if Chelsie is Derrick and Makensy is Cody, then Cam is the Victoria Rafaeli of the season and how can I not stan . Being a D1 athlete who flopped at every competition . TAKING BREAKS during pivotal moment of competition . His mere existence sending Chelsie into a tailspin, making sure she wasn't just some gamebot . He was hot, he was respectful, he helped my faves, he didn't boringly steamroll or anything. Idk what more can you want???

8. Cedric - Young Cedric . Idk, I just loved him. He was just so pure and innocent. So young, but having to deal with the crazies around him like Angela & Tucker. Angela grabbing a terrified Cedric and screaming about how much she loves him after the race-related blowup with T'kor continues to live in my mind rent-free. I think Cedric did a fantastic job standing up for himself against Tucker and he made for a good adversary to him. Losing Cedric so early was heartbreaking, but was also a necessary part of what made the season so great. I would love to see him on tv again, maybe in a few years with some more life experience.

9. Quinn - These next three are interesting because I have really mixed feelings about them and I can rank them in any order based on how I'm feeling that day.. Pros and cons. There's so many scenarios where he sucks. The screaming in the DR. The simping over a pretty girl. The faux mastermind edit. One of those nerds made in a factory to be a nightmare for me. But obviously we got the best case scenario with Quinn where his HOH's consisted of taking out two of his closest allies lol ❤️. Quinn getting caught early and having to play from the bottom was fun. He was a good underdog, and him squandering every bit of power he ever had was some fantastic television. Praying I never see him on tv again so I could enjoy the one hit flop wonder that he turned out to be.

10. Tucker - Tucker does create great television, that's something I never denied. But he's also extremely annoying. I sometimes love the "annoying character" because they annoy everyone around them, thus entertaining me (see Murray, Anglea). This is one of the rare cases where he also managed to annoy me, a viewer watching from home. I wondered if maybe I was being too hard on Tucker after his eviction and maybe he really was that great. But then finale night happened and it reminded me why I got turned off by him in the first place. But yeah. Vetoing Angela over himself, blowing up the pentagon. Fantastic stuff. Really made BB26 one of the best modern seasons.

11. Joseph - He was so delusional and so rude it circled back to hilarious. Him talking down to Angela or bragging about how he's the best player ever kinda sucks. But no one took him seriously and he accidentally got taken out on his friend's HOH because Chelsie & Makensy couldn't be bothered to vote to save him ❤️. The editors were not afraid to make a joke out of him, which is something I can always appreciate. He barely got airtime so it's not like he was hogging the screentime or anything. In many scenarios he could suck, but this edit 1000% worked.

12. Rubina - As a whole I enjoyed The Trio, semi-ironically maybe, than if I break down their individual contributions. Maybe it's because I love T'kor that made me care for this floptastic trio. But I can admit at the end of the day in a rather strong cast, Rubina & Kimo kinda sucked. They followed Tucker around like lost puppies, then T'kor, then just stared into the abyss for the next three weeks till they got evicted as well. At least she did get Tucker out of it so...small victories?

13. Kimo - See Rubina, but slightly more pathetic in the Tucker obsession because he's a straight man and he won't love you back.

14. Makensy - I didn't mean to rank her in my bottom three. But it's a good cast and I just happened to like everyone more? Makensy did her big one with the Joseph eviction. The pause in the DR...the voice crack. It was everything. But other than that she was just a comp beast Chelsie minion. Her HOH to take out Leah effectively ended the season on the spot. I think she can be rather charming and I like her DR's. I could see her being a bit better on like The Challenge like Alyssa Lopez. But as it is and what she brought to this season, bottom three it is.

15. Matt - What we got from Matt was literally best case scenario. Because him lasting even a second longer would've been miserable television. He's so self-righteous and has such a victim complex. Being taken down by the crack'd old lady of the season in the first week is the only way I can appreciate him as a character.

16. Kenney - Such a waste of a casting spot. I can handle a boring old man who has no impact on the game, wants out, and quietly exits. If that was it, that would be fine. But winning that week two veto to seal Lisa's fate only to quit the next week??? Why do that to Lisa?! Why do that to me?! That's unforgivable.

Angela, Leah, Tucker, and Chelsie dominated the first place slot throughout the season and ended up as the top four.

Tucker is the only man in the top half and Rubina is the only woman in the bottom half.
