Week 1:

1. Lisa - My queen. The perfect brand of insanity. Not an ounce of self-awareness. Casually glittering people's food as they seethe, blissfully unaware over what she's just unleashed upon the house. Desperately need her to win this week two HOH a la Jen Johnson.

2. Angela - So unlike Lisa I do find Angela's brand of insanity a bit performative. Having said that, a loooooot of it is still genuine. She is the epitome of old school Big Brother and we are all #blessed to experience this again in 2024.

3. Chelsie - Okay Chelsie, I see you! Kinda the best player in the house. Also hilarious. Genuinely enjoy watching her on my feeds. Kinda has the wit of Meme in the storage room rants. But like 1000x more active in the game.

4. Tucker - Literally me in Big Brother. Just sits around all day hating. His posture gives me nightmares. But also works for him? I think he's going through withdrawals and is gonna be a mess by like week three

5. T'kor - Love her. Just very good vibes, positive energy.

6. Leah - Queen of flirting with like five or six guys . Alright Matt's gone now. Need some black widow energy out of Leah.

7. Cedric - Idk I like him. He just seems like a nice and rootable guy. Being one of the victims of one of Angela's insane rants helps. I like that he's naturally good at the game, but also doesn't exactly know what he's doing. Kinda keeps me on the edge of my seat.

8. Kimo - I do always root for the #gay until they disappoint so I was very happy for Kimo winning that comp.

9. Quinn - As I expected, falls squarely in the Cory Wurtenberger camp of cool guy, probably would get along with him in real life, not the archetype I watch Big Brother for.

10. Joseph - A very strange casting choice. He doesn't have much personality, showmance potential, or mastermind potential. Just some regular dude he seems decent enough at the game that they threw on a reality show. I think he has something in the tank there, I want to see more.

11. Matt - So now that he's gone, he absolutely worked as a week one boot. If he lasted a day longer he would've just been really self-righteous, annoying and boring. But he works as a first boot villain (in my mind at least even if the show can't see his villain potential lol).

12. Rubina - I like what I've seen. Luckily they haven't given her many DRs of her screaming in my face so that's a positive.

13. Brooklyn - Don't have much of a read on her yet.

14. Cam - I genuinely think I've seen this guy about three times on the feeds. Probably means he's playing a good game though.

15. MJ - I thought she would be a paranoid queen on the first night of the feeds, but she just tucked herself under Matt's wing never to open her mouth again. We'll see what's in store in a post-Matt world. Is she gonna be a rootable underdog or a mute townsperson.

16. Kenney - Just a complete waste of space. Need him gone ASAP.

A few times, but never for week one. DX got a few in BB23, M*tt randomly got one in the middle of BB25, Scottie got a random one in the middle of BB20. BB19 was mostly dominated by Mark & Kevin. Enzo was mainly winning towards the end of BB22 (when most of the women were gone lol).

Ah thanks for all of this! Oooh right, I remember Derek X being an actual favorite here. That makes sense. I forgot about all of the rest of this. Though I can also see Mark and Kevin being faves for BB19.

 

Oooh lol Enzo - but yeah he was up against Christmas and Nicole, so I can get why he won here over them.

Week 2:

1. Angela (+1) - I toyed with ranking her a lot lower. I do think she toed the line on the Wed episode. But I suppose that is the whole appeal of her. And she did have enough plausible deniability and a genuine apology. So we’re cool. But she cool fall hard and fast. That’s the joys and drawbacks of a houseguest like Angela.

2. T’kor (+3) - Anazing week for her. Handled the Angela situation flawlessly. Love her and her accent!

3. Lisa (-2) - She was the perfect mix of genuine and delusional. Her presence will absolutely be missed.

4. Tucker (=) - “I REALLY LIKE PUZZLES!”. Tucker has a really small window before his antics start to become annoying. I’m still enjoying him, as evident by my ranking, but I’m gonna need to see some new sides from him.

5. Cedric (+2) - This child becoming the emotional support for Angela is hilarious.

6. Rubina (+6) - There’s something there I’m intrigued by. Need to see her with some power.

7. Brooklyn (+7) - She’s got some charisma, she’s cool.

8. Kimo (=) - He’s fine I guess. Playing a good game. I like him as a person, not so much as a tv character yet.

9. MJ (+6) - I think she picked it up since Matt left. Not enough, but there’s potential there.

10. Leah (-4) - She has Alison Irwin potential but I don’t think she’s Giving yet. I want her to be more interesting than she is.

11. Chelsie (-8) - I didn’t have her pegged as the DR screamer…

12. Joseph (-2) - I kinda see the appeal of random townsperson here. Need to see more before I draw any conclusions.

13. Quinn (-4) - He was kinda messy and not in a great way with the Angela drama. I don’t blame him for the conclusions he drew, nor do I blame him for trying to protect T’kor, but idk it was just messy.

14. Cam (=) - You cannot convince me this man is actually on the show

15. Kenney (+1) - Red Utley was an inspired casting decision compared to this man.
