Blinds 1 Thoughts:

1. MiC Lowry: Danggg their harmonies were tight and this sounded 90s R and B. Very impressed. TURN!

2. Harvey Powell: A bit surprised not even one chair turned. He had potential and I liked his tone but it was pitchy in spots. NO TURN.

3. Joy Farrukh: A true powerhouse vocal, but at times I felt it was oversung and too old school. No denying that voice though. NO TURN.

4. Kyra Smith: I loved her tone and it was so angelic. Beautiful control as well, very listenable. TURN!

5. Kevon Bennett: Interesting that he got a turn. Wasn’t the best audition I thought. NO TURN.

6. Danielle Mahailai: Again, should’ve turned at least a chair but I guess it was a bit disorganized in places. NO TURN.

7. Zalika Henry: SANGGG!! Dangggg that was epic! Her growls ok… and than her runs I loved the spin on the Harry Styles song. TURN!

8. Billy Lockett: Now this was a special audition. An original song, and amazing vocal tone and technique. I predict he can win. TURN!

VERY GOOD PREMIERE for UK, has me excited for the rest of the season, best premiere I’ve seen in a while in UK!!!

2. Kuill: One chair like what? An insane voice and control. TURN! Another Tom W

3. Haydn Bardoe: Like you said, old school sound and so clear. TURN!

4. STORRY: Loved her operatic influence and then to blend that with an original song, she’s a star. TURN!

5. Lois Morgan Gay: Blown away by her low notes, and her vibrato. She controlled the song well I thought, and really had beautiful vocals. TURN!

Blinds 3 Thoughts:

1. Billy and Louie: Amazing harmonies and you can tell both of them are individual powerhouse singers. I see lots of soul R and B with them, TURN!

2. Amber DramehI think she was good and sounded fine, but nothing memorable for me this season. No turn.

3. MC Twins: Meh, I guess fine, but was sort of gimmicky. No turn.

4. Nathan Grisdale: Loved the song, very emotional and heartfelt. At times he was nervous and I’m not sure his voice is strong enough, but amazing job to him! No turn.

5. Calum Jones: Really interesting tone, was just a bit too raw for me and I think he needs to be smarter of how he uses his rasp. No turn.

6. ACE: Lovedddd her power, she has such control and her whistle at the end was just THE CHERRY ON TOP!!! TURN!

Episode 1

6. Kevon Bennet: He has lots of charisma and did a good job selling the song, but i'm just not impressed with his vocals. 6.5

5. Mic Lowry: some good harmonies and good voices, but overall not my thing. 7.0

4. Billy Locket: I can get the appeal, it simple but enjoyable performance. 8.0

3. Zalika Henry: YOU BETTER SING, GIRL! She took that generic song to church. Incredible job! 9.0

2. Joy Farrukh: Thanks Godness Leanne has some common sense because i can't believe the other coaches decided not to turn for this extremely talented woman. She has range, control, everything! 9.0

1. Kyra Smith: ok, biased here, it's obvious that the two above were better vocalists but there is something about this performance that captivates me. Her tone is totally adictive and easy to listen that make me rewatch it again and again. She hit the notes with such ease that is just delightful to listen to her singing. My favorite of the night. 9.0

Per Tom Fletcher’s IG, he and Danny wrapped “shooting for Voice UK in London” for 2 days recently.. are they confirmed back for the upcoming 2025 season then? Because didn’t their current season wrap all filming in May?

Seems pretty much yes.

Blinds 4 Thoughts:

1. Kailun Dennie: Very interesting tone and he had a clear pitch! I loved him and can’t wait to see more. TURN!

2. Stan Buckroyd: Not my cup of tea, he sounded like he was really straining and also was pitchy in spots. No turn.

3. Esnce: Didn’t move me at all really, harmonies didn’t sound tight enough, and they need to practice their timing. No turn.

4. Edanives: Was fine, but I didn’t love her melodic choices and her vibrato was a bit overbearing. No turn.

5. Olivier: VERY shocked he got any turns, didn’t enjoy it one bit. No turn.

6. Aaron Delano: Now this is a vocalist!! Totally in control, his runs were inventive, and he has SOUL!!! TURN!
