criticism about his supposed person where he would be arrogant, criticism about the announcement of his world tour where no one in the world knows him except Australia or even criticism about his voice "the poor man's Robbie Williams" and one who commented "don't insult Robbie" AHAHAHHA

 

I say it, Guy Sebastien's voice completely destroys and is much more beautiful than Robbie's, Australians in the comments, you have to open your ears

Those comments on that article are so toxic. And yet everyone complaints about Kate's personality, it seems that a lot of Australian are way more bitter. Guy is the original Australian Idol, he may disappoint people some times on the show but it can't be denied that he's one hell of a vocalist. He is THE Kelly Clarkson of Australia. 

 

Ronan Keating is probably in negotiations already.

According to the article, the panel that Seven wants for next year is Ronan Keating, Jessica Mauboy, LeAnn Rimes and Keith Urban. It's a better panel than this year.

Adam is also one and done. Not shocked at all that LeAnn will be the only returning one, and that Ronan, Jess, Keith will likely be the other coaches.

Rita probably won't return Down Under again since the got the Masked Singer US deal, she even left Masked Singer UK for US. Beside they need a homegrown talent on the panel and now that Guy is gone, Jess is like the best choice for them.

Leann's return was certain, she won the last season, she had nothing but compliments, it was certain that C7 would want to take her back and she loved doing that, so Leann's presence is certain

 

I will be so happy with Jess's return, I always said that I loved her mood, her speeches, her first 2 seasons she made good decisions, her last one was not very good in decision-making, she will come back stronger and a Jess + Leann duo I wouldn't say no

 

Keith is still Keith, I like it

 

On the other hand, I can't do Ronan, he is too "cold", I didn't like him in 2016, he seemed so unsmiling, and in Germany I didn't like it either

I actually liked Kate as a coach last season. People may hate her for her personality but hers is quite typical for an Australian, plus she was a really good coach and what she did for Jaedyn was amazing in my opinion. Just baffled she sent Tia and Jenna home too early. I wouldn't mind having her back one more time.

Let's be realistic. The upcoming season will be filming its blind audition around the time Jess gives birth. I don't see her returning at least next year, maybe in 2026. It's more likely to have Kate or someone else for that Australian female coach.

Before the season starts, TPTB of The Voice AU want it to be like "Australia VS America" during the blinds, and everyone thinks Guy and Kate would be align together. In reality, Kate pissed almost everyone off, LeAnn didn't catch up the rhythm well initially so Guy turned to LeAnn more. Most of the blinds turned into Guy VS Kate, while some of the best contestants went with Adam and LeAnn didn't really have a moment after scoring Reuben. 

 

So if Kate returning next year the editors will have an incredibly hard time. I have read somewhere that during the last season of The Voice of Germany, Ronan also didn't get along with Bill & Tom. Imagine of he comes back to Australia and see Kate, the media will probably explode then.
