Who Sang it Better? The Voice Bread Edition! [Videos + Poll]

Happy pre-knockouts Sunday!  Yeah, I know some on IDF don't fancy Bread for whatever reason... their songs are boring, Gwen likes Bread so therefore they can't be good or interesting, it's oldie radio stuff, not my cup of tea, etc.  All that's fine, and so, this one's not for you.  But for those of us who do like (or are neutral toward) this melodic singer-songwriter-ish 70's throwback soft rock band, here's a little poll!  Enjoy!

 

p.s. - Yeah, I realize the third part of the poll isn't all that fair, and maybe doesn't even make sense, but Braiden's song hasn't been performed before or since on The Voice (correct me if I'm wrong), so I couldn't find a proper contestant to contestant comparison, and I really didn't want to leave him out. Besides, Boy George's version is fun to include, because it provides us with a blueprint as to how these "oldies" can be flipped to make them more "interesting" and/or "cool", although it could be argued that Jaeden did that too.  Anyways, humor me here, or choose the 4th option!

At least out of TVUS versions, I don’t think I liked any of them lol

 

Edit: I also don’t dislike the band btw, I don’t know much of them but like my parents always had me hearing the 70s music growing up and I kinda like Everything I Own, I just didn’t like those versions or contestants lol

Totally understandable.  It's all subjective anyways, which is part of why music is so fun and interesting.  There's always something for everyone.  Thanks for starting off the discussion, and voting in the poll.
