The initial guitar riff is nice, but otherwise, not much here. This could very well pass as a current Blake song. Him and his team could have given it to him, it´d be more well known, and they would have gotten some juicy royalties.

I’ll put it this way. If I was a fan of Bryce, I’d have higher expectations for his debut single, especially considering he’s with a label. That’s not going to get it done.

Yeah, it’s awkward, because I was expecting to hear the word “finger,” considering it’s the name of the song. I know he’s from Georgia, but that sounds too forced, even for him.

Wait, that's HIS music video? Based on my fast forwarding (because i refuse to just sit down and watch the full 3 minutes uninterrupted) its literally just the same long ass clip looped from start to finish. Your average, obscure, homemade music video has more effort put into it than this.

Right after the Tuesday show, Gwen had shared a story saying, if I am correct, "I don't remember if this is the first time I am in the final without an artist". Did anyone see that story? With all the busy lives the coaches have I guess it's difficult to remember all the seasons. But it does kinda make it easier for me the fact that she is not represented in the finale, as a Gwen fan

I suppose there just isn't a budget for a videographer/editor

awww poor Gwen, I feel bad for her. When coaches only go by what they like and not consider what the audience likes it doesn't always work out, especially since they don't have audenence votes every week like they used to

That's the first video released -- "official audio". Here is the latest video they released a couple of days ago -- "performance video".

 

 

 

 

If they send the song to radio, it will probably have an "official music video" in a few weeks or months. (Danielle's singles went through several videos before the official music video that was also released on iTunes and sent to CMT.)

Had to look back and I'm kinda shocked that she's only had 3 finalists before? Her last 2 seasons she 100% didn't deserve a finale spot but even then, just 3? She should've had two finalists in season 12 alone but got zero.

Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh, no.  I would agree about this season.  She did everything possible to destroy her own team this time around.  But in season twenty-two, she did the best that she could've done with Kique and Justin and should've gotten one of them into the finale instead.

Finally someone pointed that out. Hunter and Brennley 100% deserved that finale but they got bussed hard. Poor Gwen hopelessly had to went through that. 

 

For S22, if Brayden didn't have a PV she could have a better chance. All she could do that time was blaming her husband tbh.

In a recent Instagram video, Jacquie shared that the song choices had to be made so quickly, that clearances were a problem. She noted issues clearing songs for Led Zeppelin, Celine Dion, Alannah Myles, Janis Joplin and Adele. Except for Celine and Zeppelin, whom she says are hard to clear, the issues were mostly lack of time.  

 

I didn't see this but y'all she might be singing rolling in the deep

How often do they update their songbook I wonder? Rolling in the Deep was so overdone. It makes me think of Jershika getting the whole Katie Kadan set in the finale that season.

 

Hope Jacquie going back to country this time though.
