Tbh it’s very possible with Chance, Niall, and Blake not returning I feel.

 

Kelly is a toss up.

Yes, I would love that. I started watching in Season 14. I have since become obsessed with any show similar to The Voice. I can recite to you by heart the history of who's been a coach on The Voice and what seasons. I know that besides seasons 1, 16 (comeback coach doesn't really count), and 23, the only seasons with more than one new coach are: 4, 7, 9, and 11. Ever since I found this out, I've been wanting more than one new coach in one season. I also said, before s23, when people were discussing Ed Sheeran as a possible coach, I said that I want a foreigner as a coach, because I never watched when Shakira was on.

what would happen if they didn't have a country artist as a coach, would they lose a lot of the audience? maybe they already have a lineup, didn't someone in here say tapings start in June?

Country is the favorite genre of the main audience, they can't afford not having a country coach.

The eligibility requirements I posted on page 21 only say this:

If you are selected as a participant, you must be willing to travel to and reside at one or more undisclosed locations in the United States for several weeks at any time in June 2023 and December 2023 (or as otherwise scheduled by Producer).

 

This sentence allows them to make changes if necessary, though:

The foregoing eligibility requirements may be amended, revised or changed at any time and in any fashion in Producer's sole discretion.

 

If they're taping blind auditions in June, they probably already know the coach lineup.

I think Kelly will be the “permanent” coach for awhile.

 

I don’t see them having a full time replacement for Blake. They will probably just rotate them.

1. New Coach: Blake Shelton's Replacement.

2. R&B Chair: John Legend, Chance The Rapper, Alicia Keys (NYC Resident), or New Coach.

3. Pop Chair: Niall Horan, Nick Jonas, Or New Coach.

4. Coach That Talks A Lot Chair: Kelly Clarkson, Camila Cabello, Miley Cyrus, or New Coach.

I´d be down, since they made Blake her entire personality when she was on the show. I would like to see her coach on her own.

 

She tends to be lowkey everytime she´s coming back though, I don´t believe she would tease it like " a big announcement". (Or she likely did in the past, and I missed it?)

The specific nights she cancelled are 6/27-6/29 in the UK, although she still has shows in Europe the week prior.

It would definitely make sense since she cancelled several days in a row...

 

 

Kelly will still be open that week

Niall will also still be open all that week

John will be open that week

I think the problem with Gwen is that Gwen has a poor track record as a coach. Her only finalists are one winner and two 4th Placers. She is also unpopular with contestants, as she hasn’t gotten a Four Chair turn in Blinds her last three seasons, and most of the people she takes far are are one or two chair turns. However, she’s has a lot of good contestants that made Semis on her team. At least she got people like Jeffery Austin and Justin Aaron on the show. I wonder what Gwen would be like on the show without Blake
