There was an article written by Radar talking about how Reba and Kelly didn’t get along since Reba is Kelly’s ex-husband’s stepmother. I doubt it tbh. There is a lot of history there and neither of them is still with the Blackstock men so I’d imagine there is a level of understanding there. Things don’t seem at all awkward in the KO preview segment with Reba.

Kelly just said on her IG live she has a HUGE announcement coming!!! She also almost answered someone asking if there would be a world tour for her new album but stopped herself quickly.

Reba was on the Today show this morning and there was no coach announcement. Also, I just listened to Kelly’s live where she referenced an announcement on Monday and it sounded personal/album related to me. 
 

Carson references the possibility of her joining in the future at around 5:00 minutes. Could be foreshadowing but I didn’t get a clear read of that from the interaction.

May 15th is NBC's upfront presentation. IF the rumor of them moving production to NYC is true, I imagine they'll make that announcement then or in the days leading up to that and also reveal the panel then too.

Kelly and Reba has literally said that they have talked and spent time together many times since the divorce. Reba is literally River and Remy’s grandma. That article is just fake news.

this is random but if anyone comments "this isn't a battle, this is a duet" under the season 24 battles i will go FERAL! they write it under EVERY SINGLE BATTLE and its like ...... OF COURSE !!! that is what a battle is ??? a duet ??? where two people sing ???????? not sure why this is so hard to understand.

So, maybe this means nothing, and simply it´s the fact that she was there on S1, but they´re really pushing the Reba/Blake history dynamic.

Niall may very well be out for S24 but aren’t the coaches basically not filming the show from mid august through end of October? I still say he can do both, if he wants to. Many of the coaches have toured while they are doing the show.

Hmmm you have a point but I don’t think no coaches did a worldwide tour while doing the show (which is what Niall is alluding too)

I think that maybe the panel can include:

1. Camila Cabello or Kelly Clarkson.

2. Chance The Rapper, John Legend, or Someone New (A rapper or r&b singer).

3. Niall Horan, Nick Jonas, or Someone New (Charlie Puth, Ryan Tedder).

4. Reba McEntire, Brad Paisley, or A Different Country Singer. (I said the most likely options, in my opinion).

I know it's Blake's last season and all, and lots are assuming the show's preferred story line would be a Blake win. But the show continues and presumably Kelly's back (sometime at least). Why wouldn't the show prefer to have the continuing coach win and then kick the old departing guy to the curb, so to speak? With due ceremony and appreciation of course. Idk - doesn't seem open and shut.

I always expected TPTB to heavily promote a returning coach (or coaches) and knew Blake might not win. If they truly cared about Blake's send-off, it seems they would've used a better format and planned more episodes for his final season.

It sure seems that way.  I didn't think it would take this turn at the beginning of the season.  Someone from Team Blake certainly could win still but it doesn't seem like a done deal with TPTB.
