Maybe it’s an advantage, at least some of the time, but some casual viewers may still like to listen to every performance (or at the very least hear each contestant sing at least once) before they vote.

individually:

- oliver did the heavy lifting with bringing this to life and making it seem like more than just a bland cover imo

- neither hit any bad notes but also it was a very simple song
