@Jaffy you can’t please everyone, in fact trying to be as diplomatic as possible creates the opposite effect on people if you take it too far. 
 

And no offense, but you are not going to ruin someone’s day for eliminating a contestant in a fictional Internet game that only a few people (and that may be a reach) are going to follow.

 

I would suggest that you do the game without giving an F about other people’s opinions.

@Daillon I love how this comment is both the most real/genuine and hilarious thing I’ve ever read. All your points are absolutely correct, but the last comment makes it funny. Maybe it’s the censored curse word.

I don’t think he meant that humurously. Seriously, dude, just let the game play out how you want it to. And if you really want to be “diplomatic”, then just let every round be a vote. But do it when the game begins, not now two seasons before you can get started.

Is there any particular reason you want our opinions on this? I've done my own "fantasy versions" before too but I just base it on what I like, and I'm not really intending to share those with the forum lol. Even if I was, different results give people something to discuss and make it more interesting to follow.

 

People getting angry about results on the show is mainly because those results actually happened. And even then I think most of us have learned to take it with a grain of salt. Online games like this, or polls with fantasy versions etc are really just for fun, they don't matter at the end of the day.

I just want a fair vote for my if the winners battled. Winner is defeating Jake Hoot. I know it doesn’t matter in the long run but it’s my passion.

Play out your game however you want, but if you are worried about "alienating" the people who are nice to you, then they shouldn't take it personally. You're already giving them an early vote/sneak peak in who's going to win, so it shouldn't matter too much.

 

This essentially is just fanfic for results, not everyone will be happy about the end game, but I bet they will still have fun watching the whole journey.

I know. I just would rather more people be happy with the results than less, even if it is 51-49. I hope even the people who’s favorites don’t win enjoy it anyway, but I respect if they don’t and am grateful they gave it a chance to begin with. Even if someone takes a quick click and says nope, I’m grateful they were willing to consider my game as a good time. I know a lot of people don’t like all my posts, quips, & opinions but I respect them anyway.
