Lol I never watched Endurance, but I eliminated Aaron & Jonna from the cut list just so Jonna could be in this game three times

OMG I just realized that's Jonna from The Real World / The Challenge Jonna. :omg: :dead: omgg My mind is blown now. :dead:

I watched like two weeks of CBB13 but quit when I spoiled myself Jim was winning. Not even Queen Luisa could make me suffer through the rest.

Aww I missed your comments for that season (I think you had a watch thread for it years ago?) but I wish I saw them as I couldn't wait to see you stan/love Luisa. :(

Although I get you on the Jim comments. :haha:

Champions (Derrick, Evan, Johnny, Kenny & Susie)

dxzG9UZ.png

As I continue to bounce around to different shows to cut from, The Challenge is my next destination. And my least favorite winner(s) from that show is from S18 The Ruins. On paper, The Ruins could have been an iconic season. The concept of the season was Champions vs. Challengers. So all previous Challenge winners vs. alum still looking to secure their first win. The problem there was, the Champions team was obviously STACKED and the Challengers didn't stand a chance. The Challengers only won a single daily challenge as the Champions team swept the rest of them. Now, I was willing to look past the flawed concept because of how amazing the cast was. To put together this team of Champions, many fan favorites returned after many seasons off. Wes, Veronica, Tonya, Susie, hell I'll throw Ibis & Syrus in there too. It's been a while since we've seen any of them so to see all these legends back was amazing. What could possibly go wrong? Everything! Because the season is run by the three headed monster formally known as JEK. That's Johnny Bananas, Evan, and Kenny. Three of the most sexist, vile, disgusting douchebags in the history of the show. The middle seasons of The Challenge were run by these men. We've never had to deal with all three together at once until this point. Usually 1-2 of them take a season off. They were all on The Duel together, but they were still the new guys on the block and Bananas & Kenny were knocked out early. They were also on Gauntlet III, but Bananas was still a bit of an outsider. This was the first time all three were together and running the game. This was the height of their power on the show. Everyone is terrified of them so they would crawl under their wings hoping to be dragged to the finals with them, until they realized once it was too late that JEK was killing them all off before the finals to avoid having any dead weight drag them down. JEK were mad with power. They abused everyone in the minority going for the lowest blows possible and being as immature as humanly possible. They didn't even treat the people who worked with them well, but they were too scared to ever go against them. Evelyn is one of the most badass women to ever do the show and she was driven to quit just two episodes into the season because she couldn't handle being stuck on a team with JEK.

Obviously there's two other members of this winning team I didn't get to yet. Derrick, a former favorite of mine, had officially switched to the dark side at this point. Once a plucky underdog, Derrick became more and more uninteresting once he finally secured his first win. Derrick would pretend to be offended by JEK's antics, but would still just sit idly by with his lips zipped hoping to ride the coattails of JEK to victory. Good strategy? Possibly. But I don't like it 🙂. $50,000 isn't worth your morals Derrick :kissbye:. Luckily his friend Veronica called him out for being a coward all season long . Then there's also Susie. Before this season, one of my all-time favorite Challengers. Everything I loved about Susie in her original seasons was suddenly nasty. All her pettiness and playing the victim was suddenly used for evil against the people I love and to protect the people I loathe. While I don't think Susie changed all that much, my feelings on her did change. And I did lighten up on her towards the end of the season when all the minority alliance was picked off and her hatred went towards Johnny Bananas. I will say from a competitive standpoint, Susie impressed the f*ck out of me this season and she totally deserved her win. Three elimination wins is nothing to shake your head out. She also refused to be a pawn taken out by JEK. They certainly tried as they didn't want a girl to run the finals with them, but she worked her ass off to make sure they didn't dispose of her. Buuuuuuuuut she also sad idly by while JEK abused everyone outside of their alliance, and sometimes even joined in the abuse so I just can't respect that.

And since all my cuts have had a layer of disgusting that goes beyond gameplay, this writeup wouldn't be complete without the Tonya Cooley of it all. Just one of the most tragic humans of reality television. Tonya was a clear alcoholic and never should've been exploited on this show in the first place. But they kept bringing her back and we kept rooting for her to finally get her shit together. Unfortunately The Ruins was rock bottom for her. Of course she had a long standing rivalry with Veronica, but the real issue here was when Kenny & Evan "allegedly" (I only say allegedly cause I'm not trying to get sued :kissbye:) sexually assaulted Tonya with a toothbrush while she was passed out. Tonya soon after melts down and punches Veronica during a fight, causing her to get kicked off the show. Of course the men place all the blame on Veronica for Tonya's meltdown and acted completely innocent like they were treating Tonya perfectly the entire time (though luckily Wesgod was there to call them out on their shit and how they were terrible people to her <33333333333). Tonya proceeded to sue Kenny, Evan, and the show for this assault and it was "settled out of court" so we all know what that means. Kenny & Evan still managed to return for another season after sexually assaulting another contestant on camera 🤮. Once the lawsuit happens, we never see Kenny & Evan again. Unfortunately I don't think that's for any moral reasons, it's because the producers don't wanna deal with the litigation. Bananas still hangs out with both men to this day so I'm sure you can see where his values lie. I hate all these people, I hate their win, I hate this season which really could've been an iconic one. I'm glad to cut them now.

Yes that was me :haha:. I was thinking of getting back into BBUK when I finished ANTM. It's just such a huge commitment though lol. It's good background noise when I work which makes it easier :haha:

Oooh it definitely is a huge commitment, especially the civilian versions which has at least 70+ episodes. :dead:  I could only watch those seasons in live time rather than binge watch. :haha:

Kevin Skinner

episode-426-season-4-live-finale-air-dat

Goodness this game is HARD in the sense of deciding who to cut and when to cut them and all of that. :dead: I guess for today's cut, I've decided on Kevin Skinner. Kevin Skinner is a country music singer and he was the winner of the 4th season of America's Got Talent in 2009. It's interesting how country singers tend to win singing shows, although I don't like Kevin nearly as much as Carrie Underwood or Danielle Bradbery. Anyway, AGT is such an interesting show for me. I'm sure we all know the premise of the show but it features people of all ages of all various talents that can participate on the show. But I go through phases of how I watch and get into AGT. Sometimes I'm invested in it and follow it decently, but sometimes I would catch an episode or some acts here and there or sometimes I just go weeks without watching it and just catch up on it via entertainment news and what not.

I can not remember my personal thoughts of Kevin Skinner or how much of his season I've watched. But Kevin is your run-of-the-mill typical country male singer that's average but the American voters love and vote for in droves. I am sure I wasn't really a fan of his and preferred other contestants that season. The songs that Kevin sang includes: "If Tomorrow Never Comes" by Garth Brooks, "Make You Feel My Love" by Bob Dylan, "Always on My Mind" by Brenda Lee and "I Don't Wanna Miss a Thing" by Aerosmith. After his win, he did release two albums: Long Ride and Kevin Skinner: Live And Unplugged, in 2010 and 2011 respectively. I have no idea what he's up to now.

But yeah I figured that we probably have a lot of male country singers here, it will be fine to take out on most of us barely know or remember.  :haha: I'm also fine with having him be the first AGT act to go as I prefer many others over him. I'll post his audition as I do kinda remember that now that I rewatched it.

Laine Hardy (American Idol - Season 17)

American Idol' Winner Laine Hardy Arrested on Felony Charge

Laine Hardy deserved to be the last ranked Idol winner based on his recent... issues. Laine Hardy also probably deserved to be the last ranked idol winner based on his run on the show. His vocal range was average. His tone was average. His arrangements were average. His performance quality was average. He didn't have a super interesting backstory. His looks were average. The blandest winner in the history of the show. And he adds nothing interesting to the winner circle either in terms of music style or uniqueness or anything else. If he went home in 10th place, no one would have blinked an eye. He was just there the entire time. And then won. The only winner that gives him a run for his money on mediocrity is the most recent one.

https://www.usatoday.com/story/entertainment/tv/2022/04/29/american-idol-winner-laine-hardy-warrant-arrest-lsu-police-allegations/9582613002/

On top of all that, he decided to be a garbage person and stalked an ex-girlfriend. They dated for 4 months and then he planted a listening device in her home to spy on her. He was arrested. I'm pretty sure the legal process for that is still in progress. And he's like... releasing songs on instagram in the meantime. Just stop. Go away. Go back in time and be a better man. Then go back further and be a better Idol contestant.

Jordan Rodgers
Jo-Jo-Fletcher-Jordan-Rodgers-to-Wed-a-Y
So many bachelor contestants get called out for their problematic behavior and views *rightfully so* time and time again but somehow Jordan Rogers much like Sean Lowe gets pass after pass for being in a cute relationship lol

well, well, well I am not here for that and am here to make sure he doesn't last too long in this rankdown. He is a shady person. Let's talk about him and JoJo's friendship with Tami Lahen. That's enough for a cut alone lol.  Good for him for marrying Joelle and being probably the most obvious F1 in bachelorette history but for me it's not enough to keep him here.

Just read this if you're mad he is cut.

Aww I really liked Jordan and love him/JoJo as a couple. :( One of my favorite couples from the Bachelor/ette franchise. I'm glad they finally got married after being engaged for so long. :dead:

Although I did not know of the stuff from his past that Diana posted at all in that link. Ugh, yikes... very disappointing indeed. I would like to hope he has grown and learned from that but probably hasn't.

Mike "Boogie" Malin

Big Brother Winner Mike 'Boogie' Malin Arrested for DUI | Heavy.com

As far as detestable big brother players are, Mike Malin aka "Boogie" is a unlikable as they come.  Since his win in Big Brother All-Stars, he has been in trouble with the law countless times.  He owned several restaurants and based on some of the stories I have read, he was caught with male escorts.  More recently then that he received a restraining order from his Chilltown alliance member Will Kirby for alluding to threatening violence against his Niece when Will wouldn't agree to go on another reality show with him.  I am sure there is more awful things he has done but I don't care to look.

In terms of character, Boogie is scummy and was largely unlikable in all 3 seasons he played.  Thankfully the third time he got eliminated quickly at the hands of the quack pack.  He also is responsible for robbing Janelle in All-Stars, so thats an auto lose.  He is decent at competitions, but really who cares about that?

ANDY HERREN

WSNS.gif

Andy Herren won Big Brother 15, the season tainted by the racist behavior from multiple Houseguests. I've seen some people (particularly on the Big Brother Reddit) claim that Andy is an underrated winner and among one of the best gamers to win. I disagree with this take. I was not impressed by Andy's game. He was just a rat who hid behind bigger targets. Big Brother 15 did have some active players in the cast, and they took each other out while Andy pretended to be best friends with everyone. I don't think Andy's win is impressive just because the other Houseguests underestimated him. Andy tried to rewrite history and claim he was the driving force behind the strategic decisions in the house. That wasn't the case. Andy just came across as someone that would be a waste of an HoH to take out. He managed to make it to the end and win against GinaMarie. Anyway, Andy has thrown tantrums online after the season. He whines that people don't regard him as a Big Brother legend and insists he's worthy of being invited back to play again. I don't think anyone wants to see him back. Anyway, Andy is one of the worst Big Brother winners from the seasons I've watched, so he'll be my first Big Brother cut from this game.

Boogie was going to be my next cut too. :dead:

And yeah, Andy’s awful too. And anyone could’ve won against GinaMarie with that trainwreck jury performance she gave in the finale. :dead:

DERRICK LEVASSEUR

derrick_levasseur2-high-rez.jpg

Well, since I can't cut Cody or Michie, might as well cut the person responsible for modern Big Brother. The person who has made every season suck with these big alliances. The Cop himself, Derrick Levasseur! Derrick Levasseur is the winner of the 16th season of Big Brother, the season that had Ariana Grande's half-brother, Frankie. And also the season that now has 3 winners from it with Derrick, Cody & Nicole. I guess in that sense it's iconic. BUT Season 16 sucked with the Battle of the Block twist failing miserably.

Derrick & Cody formed a Final 2 called "The Hitmen", they also had a bigger alliance that I can't remember what it was called but it was with Caleb, Frankier, Christine, Zach, Amber & Devin. Yeah talk about all the unlikable people teaming up. Anyway Cody & Derrick kinda dominated the game and especially Derrick who was only nominated at Final 3, he really avoided the block even with the Battle of the Block twist, there's no denying he's a great strategic player.

Derrick was a part of Team America along with Frankie & Donny. I don't know how Derrick got votes to be so well liked by America but oh well, he won some extra money along with winning the season so good for him. LMAO I just though about his Zing about him being ugly lmaoooo Zingbot was so bad for that.

Derrick won 4 HOH's (although one he was dethroned), and he got out Devin (slay king for doing this), Christine (slay king for this as well! wait do i actually like derrick now?!) and then finally Caleb. LMAO just noticed that Derrick didn't win any POV's. Interesting. Anyway, Derrick beat Cody as expected, by a vote of 7-2, he didn't get Donny's or Jocasta's vote to win.

As for why I am mainly cutting him? He & Dan ruined All Stars 2 by forming the KKKommittee. So yeah he can GTFO of this Rankdown ❤️

Liam & Millie

skynews-love-island-millie-court_5832988.jpg

There's probably far more controversial people in this game I could cut but ugh. Who cares, I'm cutting Liam & Millie from Season 7 of Love Island UK. IMO the most boring winners from the show! Millie was sweet enough but didn't bring a lot of entertainment. Liam was awful and also lacked entertainment. Their whole arc of the season was Liam going to Casa Amor in the season's twist, cheating on Millie, acting like nothing happened when he returned to the main villa - then getting called out for it by the girl he cheated with, in front of the girl he cheated on. Mess! Lillie you will always be an icon

He didn't really show any ounce of regret or sympathy but then still managed to win her back because he must have realised that the 'scandal' rocked their chances with doing well with the public. Somehow it worked and they went on to win the show. A year later, they are no longer together. The most recent season of Love Island was honestly pretty great, but this one was a waste of time.

Noah Thompson

OIP.zZaMMDMwLdlXZvurLsatxwHaE8?pid=ImgDe

Noah Thompson is the current winner of American Idol. He is from Kentucky. Out of all people, he won in a season with Nicolina, Leah, HunterGirl, Ava, and so on. He is another mediocre singer that America decided to vote for. I read that he is going on tour in October this year. They always showed Noah with his young son and we know how a lot of viewers eat that up! I can't remember anything that he performed because my brain is blocking it, but I do remember he had Covid at some point during the season. The judges thought he sounded better when he was sick.
