Romeo is a rapper and actor who was originally cast during the second season of DWTS but had to withdraw due to an injury. He waited for ten seasons before returning on season twelve and getting paired with Chelsie Hightower.

Honestly was worth it for Tom’s Master P read after his first dance. :dead:

I agree! It’s not really a big deal or anything, but I think essentially having one person be able to decide the winner is a lot of power. :haha:

Though if we had a vote at the F3 in here, Lance would’ve won and dnw

Yea takes the right people to decide a winner like this. That said voting at the final 3 like a RuPaul finale would be fun.

Also Lance ftw

I didn't hate having individual cuts all the way to the end.

I'm trying to think of a possible variation... maybe if there were 10 rankers who participated up to the Top 100, then the petty cuts halt at the final 11 contestants and all the rankers get exactly 1 more final cut.

I think its a great format, and certainly requires a lot less preparation then other rankdowns.  I would find a way to get immunities in there.  Maybe those interested in playing get 24 hours for an immunity to a Top whatever (rankdown depending), and then the game starts.

Also maybe there is a requirement  for a final vote.  Like to participate in the vote for a winner in the case there are only a couple contestants left, maybe you need X many cuts previously.

I think this format has some room to play around with and see what works and what doesn't.

Disney has announced that “Dancing with the Stars: The Pros’ Most Memorable Dances” will premiere on Disney+ on Thursday, September 8, 2022 (Disney+ Day).

“Dancing with the Stars: The Pros’ Most Memorable Dances” is a look back on the 20 most memorable dances of thirty seasons of Dancing with the Stars’ chosen by the Pro-Dancers. Hosted by Derek Hough, Kym Johnson, Cheryl Burke, and Brandon Armstrong, we’ll see them countdown to their most unforgettable performance – highlighting everything from the best Mirrorball-winning performances over the years, to iconic opening numbers, Emmy-winning dances, and unforgettable celebrity mishaps. It all leads up to season 31 premiering live only on Disney+. Dancing with the Stars is produced by BBC Studios Los Angeles Productions.

Season 31 of “Dancing with the Stars” premieres on Disney+ in the United States and Canada on Monday, September 19, 2022 at 8 ET/5 PT.

“Dancing with the Stars” is the hit series hosted by supermodel and businesswoman Tyra Banks and actor and television personality Alfonso Ribeiro in which celebrities are paired with trained ballroom dancers to compete in themed choreographed dance routines that are judged by a panel of renowned ballroom experts, including Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli and Derek Hough.

After an impressive 30 seasons on ABC, “Dancing with the Stars” moves to its new home on Disney+, premiering exclusively in the U.S. and Canada this fall, and making “Dancing with the Stars” the first live series to debut on the streaming service.

“Dancing with the Stars” is produced by BBC Studios Los Angeles Productions.

Derek Fisher

HE IS FIRED.

Punished for HIS CRIMES AGAINST SPORT.

Let's recap his LA Sparks Tenure:

1) Hired in 2019 without even seriously interviewing anybody else

2) Lead the 2019 Sparks to a 22-12 record carried by the extremely talented trio of Nneka Ogwumike, Chelsea Gray, and arguably the GOAT Candace Parker. They win one game against the Seattle Storm (notably without Breanna Stewart) and proceed to get swept by the Connecticut Sun in the conference finals. In this series, in the final must-win game, he benches both Candace Parker and Nneka Ogwumike(who was at the time the leading scorer) for the entire final quarter of the game (he had also sat Candace Parker for the entire second quarter)

3) In the 2020 season, once again lead by the trio of Nneka, Chelsea, and Candace, the Spark in the WUBBLE go 15-7 which is good enough for 3rd in the West and a playoff berth. Once again in a must win game against the Connecticut Sun they are STOMPED on. Connecticut 10-12 in the season.

4) In the 2020 offseason he loses BOTH Chelsea Gray and Candace Parker to free agency to the Aces and the Sky respectively. He does manage to keep Nneka Ogwumike (probably by giving her sister Chiney a contract extension).

5) As a reward for losing two of his three best players, he is PROMOTED to GM of the Sparks

6) The Sparks go 12-20 in the 2021 season. They miss the playoffs for the first time since 2011. Chelsea Gray's Aces make the Conference Finals and Candace Parker's Sky win the WNBA Championship. Derek wins nothing.

7) The 2022 Sparks's made the big free agency move of signing a disgruntled Liz Cambage away from the Aces. Liz Cambage proceeds to play like her entire lower body is swimming through molasses.

8. The 2022 Sparks start 5-7 and Derek Fisher is FIRED.

Since his firing the Sparks have managed to hang on to a playoff seed and have gone 5-4. Since the WNBA let's 2/3 of the league into the playoffs there is a solid chance that a .500 record would get them a playoff seed and they are doing well to try and achieve that so far.

SEE YA.

How is Candace Parker doing? Well she won the 2021 WNBA championship and has so far lead the Chicago Sky to a league best 16-6 record. Chelsea Gray and the Las Vegas Aces are sitting in the second spot with a 16-7 record.

the 2022 Las Vegas Aces won the Championship with ex-LA Sparks player Chelsea Gray leading the team as Finals MVP (over A'ja Wilson!!!!!) and Derek Fisher is jobless.
