The Voice Australia Generations

New version/season with a returning lineup of Guy Sebastian, Jessica Mauboy, Rita Ora, and Keith Urban as the coaching panel!

*This does not replace the regular Australian season - we're apparently still getting the regular season later on this year*

All the acts are duos/groups consisting of family/related people. So GNT x48.

If anybody wants to take up the task of organizing a Wikipedia page, feel free!

 

As of right now, the acts from night 1 are the full auditions thankfully and are available in the US. Not sure about other regions.

To tell you the honest truth, none of the acts have really caught my attention besides Caitlin and Tim. I think I’ll sit this one out and just wait for the regular season, which is likely to have more polished talent. 
 

It looks like Bella might be performing in one of the upcoming episodes though.

Yeah none of the acts really wowed me in particular, but I do think it's a nice little thing to have while we wait for the next season

And that way we likely won't get many/any duo/trios in the regular season.

And hopefully the videos stay available for all areas...

Caitlyn & Tim are my favorites with Micah & Maurice at 2nd. Not big on any of them though.

So, it was a mini-series, right?? The Voice Kids UK did the same at the end of last year. 

 

Not gonna lie, not much of a fan of these super short formats, but at least for this series made sense, since i don't think there is a lot of groups formed by family members that want to compete on these type of shows

It was a quick but pleasant run overall. I did enjoy pretty much every act!

Looking forward to the regular season
