First, for some reason they started the show at 7:30 instead of 8 pm.  I had trouble getting an Uber from my hotel...but still arrived at the venue a little before 8 pm. Calista was half way through her set...to my surprise.  The man in front of me said he had no clue why the early start....He arrived at 7:45 and Callista was performing.  Maybe they just wanted all the artists (and the audience) to get on the road before the drifting snow froze, etc.

Very nice venue.  Especially liked the side screens that gave you a broader view of the performances.  Got to see Joey, Nathan, Justin, Jeff and Dylan enjoy some nice "show time."  Seats were comfy and rows spaced decently apart.

A co-worker had told me she and a friend were attending...and we arranged to meet at the casino.  It turned out to be 4 friends!  The staff offered to let them all sit in my row, next to me!  At that point, there were a fair amount of empty seats, so I suspect the staff figured there would be a lot of no shows.  Well, right before Scotty came out on stage....the place was about 95% full.  Maybe they sold last minute tickets.  In any case, the crowd was extremely enthusiastic.  I was surprised how many men (in their 30s, 40s, 50s) stood up and started singing and clapping along.  We were hesitant, knowing casinos can be strict in enforcing the "no standing" rule.  However, within a few minutes half the crowd was on their feet..including us.  By the end of the regular performance...just about 90% were on their feet.  Encores were the usual - 5MM and Boys from Back home.

Most of the crowd seemed to know his new music. Glad to see that.  I am disappointed when the audience seems to only know SYT and TTWG lol.

My co-worker and her buddies had a lot of fun....and were grinning, singing and taking photos.  My co-worker wanted a Scotty of her very own.  It was the first time any of them had seen Scotty in concert.
