 I went through her most popular songs, searched them up. And there still managed to be more covers of "if I Ain't Got you", so more than half the list will be covers of that song.

People tend to overdo it when it comes to Alicia Keys, and it often falls flat. I mean, if you're gonna take an extra approach, you might as well do it right.

 

I liked Sonic's smoothness and Sundance's creativity and laid back nature, but I have to go with the battle that gave birth to the steal: Jesse vs Anthony. They went extra, but man, they killed it.

I might add and replace Kathrina Feigh's version. But all the live videos of Koryn's performance have no sound, so we're stuck with the studio version

When making this poll and Kelly Clarkson's, I found myself listening to Arei Moon's covers more than once. She's quite underrated. Her swag and rasp are great.

 

That being said, have to give it to Jesse and Antony.

Without Jesse vs. Anthony in Season 2, we never would’ve gotten Amanda to the live shows in Season 3 (since there wouldn’t have been motivation to implement battle steals, and Amanda lost her battle), so I voted for them.

Sonic’s KO is criminally underrated. I wouldn’t say it’s better than the S2 battle but it’s way more bingeable (mostly due to song choice, so sick of IIAGY)
