So because of Victorias situation we will move on ahead of nominations.  @Zoey will nominate next.  Elliott won't cut/past this season. Please post your 8 when available.

When its down to just Victoria/s cut/save, we will move on and keep it at the side for her for when she's returned.  I think thats fair.

Mantis

Mantis is definitely expendable at this point in the rankdown so she's definitely an easy cut here. Mantis is an empath with the ability to sense other people's feelings and alter them. She was raised by Ego and later recruited as a member of the Guardians of the Galaxy. Since she was a child, Mantis helped ease Ego's neurotic behavior with her powers until the Guardians came to his planet. After bonding with Drax the Destroyer, she came to care for the Guardians and then allied with them to help prevent Ego from conquering the Galaxy. With her own servitude to Ego ended, she became a full-fledged member of the Guardians and accompanied them on further adventures. I do like the Guardians movies and she was a fine character but were getting towards then and and fine isn't going to cut it anymore.

DOTTIE UNDERWOOD

Dottie Underwood appears in ten episodes of the television series Agent Carter. She is a villainous character. She's a Soviet assassin who was trained in the Black Widow program the Red Room Academy. She played a role in Johann Fennhoff's revenge plot against Howard Stark. Fennhoff blamed Stark for his brother's death, so he held a grudge against him. While Dottie was taking part in this scheme, she came in conflict with Peggy Carter. She ended up getting jailed by Peggy Carter, but she freed her from prison. Peggy needed her assistance with fighting the Council and Whitney Frost, but this was a mistake. Dottie escaped and went on the run, so Peggy really shouldn't have trusted Dottie. She should've just left her in jail. Anyway, sorry to any fans of Dottie Underwood, but I didn't want to cut any of the other nominees.

Peggy Carter

Agent Carter GIFs - Get the best GIF on GIPHY

Peggy Carter is the lead in the Agent Carter TV show. Unfortunately, being the lead character does not make her particularly interesting or entertaining to watch. We first meet her in the Captain America movie in the 40s when they are trying out experiments on Steve. The two characters are supposed to have chemistry in that movie I guess. At the end of that movie is when Steve goes into his ice coma or whatever and says goodbye to her. It's sad. But at the end of the Endgame movie Steve goes back in time to live his whole life again with her. When asked whether he will talk about his time with Peggy, Steve gives birth to this meme:

Victoria is out too and hasn't posted since Thursday so not sure how you wanna handle that.

She posted her nominations.  I know she's got family obligations right now.  If it comes down to it, I will find a temporary stand in for her as well.  She hasn't stated she needs the time like Zoey has, so I will make that call as we approach the end of your nominations if she hasn't posted.

Ajak

More of a plot point than a character unfortunately. Ajak was featured in one of Marvel's latest movies, Eternals. Ajak was the Prime Eternal who was sent to Earth knowing it was soon headed towards destruction. Ajak realized this wasn't the right thing to do so she switched course and attempted to protect Earth and the people on it. Unfortunately for her, she trusted Ikaris and ended up being betrayed by him, getting killed halfway through the movie. Ajak primarily exists to make Ikaris the villain of the story. Her idealist values are also shown in other characters, thus making her kinda pointless. I mean good for Salma Hayek getting the Marvel paycheck and then bouncing before she has to do these movies for ten years. Some can say Ajak was the heart of the movie, but I'd disagree I think there were more heartfelt characters. Eternals is overrated by some and underrated by others. However, Ajak is not one of the standout characters.

this works.  I was going to move Zoey to the end of the nomination order, but I am fine with you nominating now and QK after.  We will let this one stand.  @Steven_ doesn't cut for this set of nominations!
