Just doing duet partners:

 

Lana and GNT (she’s got a country tone that would work well with their voices, imo)

Jershika and Paris (take me to church, y’all, please and thank you)

Joshua and Hailey (their vibratos are kinda similar and genre wise they’re the best fit for each other of the contestants left)

Wendy and Jim & Sasha (out of options otherwise, though I could see a case for Wendy with GNT or Lana)

Girl Named Tom and Jim & Sasha Allen: Something with thick harmonies like Some Nights by Fun., Afterglow by Ed Sheeran, or Seven Wonders by Fleetwood Mac

Jershika Maple and Paris Winningham: Sir Duke by Stevie Wonder and Missing You by Tina Turner came to mind idk 

Lana Scott and Hailey Mia (we just saw in Top 10 that they can cross into each other's genres): you should be sad by Halsey or anything else that meets in the middle of their genres (maybe Taylor Swift)

Wendy Moten and Joshua Vacanti (leftover, wouldn't be terrible): If I Could Turn Back Time by Cher off the top of my head

 

Other duets that would be cool:

Lana Scott and Girl Named Tom (GNT vs Kinsey vibes): Keeping Score by Dan + Shay (feat. Kelly Clarkson), Babe by Taylor Swift, or Little White Church by Little Big Town

Jershika Maple and Wendy Moten: Man! I Feel Like a Woman by Shania Twain or (You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman by Aretha Franklin

Girl Named Tom and Wendy Moten: idk what they would sing but I'd love to see the two best acts on the show perform together. I'm imagining something like Rocket Man by Elton John but Holly already did that this season.
