It’s the combo of a three letter acronym and a sibling group for me (also just noticed 2/3 of the trios are from Ohio, which is a little surprising).

I think GNT's audition is the first trio performance on the show I've liked enough to listen to more than once

Listened to all three of them again, and neither of the others could really come close to GNT. I feel like they were the only ones that truly made the most out of having three people singing at once. The blending and the dynamics were off the charts.

 

WTW and The Bundys are fine as well, but there wasn't really anything special about how they blended.
