This is an incredible true story, and it was told so well here. I was captivated by the journey from beginning to end. And even though you can predict how the movie is going to end, the emotional moment at the end feels very deserved. The performances in this film were superb too, especially from Dev Patel (I'm glad he won the BAFTA for this role), Nicole Kidman, and Sunny Pawar. Although the movie has sad moments, it's uplifting too and I can't imagine someone not feeling anything by the end of the movie. It's a very touching film. Alex Quote The movie's a bit paint by the numbers, but it makes me cry every time and Dev Patel is hot so I tried to keep it out of last place.
