I haven't watched much of the voice outside of the US besides 2 seasons of the voice australia and a bunch of blind auditions. Though some contestants I liked enough to search for the rest of their performances.

Here's 9 of my favourites.

Alfie Allen

David Dam

Sheldon Riley

Siala Robson

Ash Morgan

Mo

Cody Frost

Johnny Manuel

Ruti olajugbagbe

Diana Rouvas

I love the whole concept of the Voice franchise, so I watched a lot of international versions of it. My favorite has to be The Voice Australia, followed by The Voice of Holland and The Voice Norge.

Here are some of my favorite international Voice winners.

Kevin Simm (The Voice UK Season 5 winner)

Alfie Arcuri (The Voice Australia Season 5 winner)

Dani van Velthoven (The Voice Holland Season 11 winner)

Erlend Gunstveit (The Voice Norge 2021 winner)

I've only watched the UK and Aussie version 😬 and I gotta say- Australia's probably got my favorite casts, yup I even liked it more than the US talents (usually) lol

Jamie Miller (The Voice UK)- although technically he's residing in the States now, still he was from The Voice UK. One of my favorite artists right now, this dude's a star in the making. Please do listen to his song, Here's Your Perfect!!

Aydan Calafiore (The Voice Australia)- love the guy's covers on youtube lol

Mo Aderinan (The Voice UK)- deserving winner, his Unsteady cover will forever be my favorite cover of that song

Sheldon Riley (The Voice Australia)- 👑. I just love how thick and powerful his voice is, he delivered some of my favorite performances from the Australian version

I usually prefer team waffle for the American version of the voice, but the opposite happens to the other countries' versions of it 💀 I am loving more the male talents lol. Oh, and two of them are part of the lgbtq+ community- talented bunch of individuals!! #pride 💞🌈

Not the biggest fan of Jamie's voice performances. They're still good, but I think he's miles better post show, especially his range, which I don't think he got to showcase fully on the show.

I actually forgot to add Sheldon

My two favorite versions are Australia and Holland. They really deliver with talent almost every year.

Australia’s last three seasons were excellent.
S7- Aydan Calafiore (HM Sheldon Riley)

S8- Diana Rouvas (HM Jordan Anthony)

S9- Johnny Manuel (HM Chris Sebastian, Timothy Bowen)

Older seasons- Karise Eden, Harrison Craig/Luke Kennedy, Joe Moore, Alfie Arcuri, Judah Kelly (picked my top except for S3, the worst season)

Seasons 1 and 2 really delivered, S3 was bad, S4 and S5 were good, had a lot of indie acts (S5 had duds in the Lives though), and S6 was closer to quality of the last few seasons, but not quite there yet. S7-S9 had so much great talent

Holland is a season that delivers each year as well. I found the last season to be weak (below average audition round and messy results/format/lives, but the winner was deserving), but I really enjoy most other seasons.

I am probably going to give favorites from S5-S9 because I mainly watched audition rounds in older seasons (I watched S10 but didn’t love it as much as S9,

S5- David Dam, OG3NE, Duncan Laurence

S6- Jennie Lena

S7- Dwight Dissels, Pleun Bierbooms

S8- Jim Van Der Zee, Kimberly

S9- Dennis Van Aarssen, Navarone, Patricia Van Haastrecht

Dennis Van Aarssen is my favorite modern winner of The Voice Holland and his voice reminds me of Brendon Urie singing jazz, and there was a commenter on his videos that compared him to Harry Potter.

Other favorites

Germany- Andreas Kummert, Matthias Nebel (good classic rockers here)

Portugal- Fernando Daniel

UK delivered S1-2, and had some good talents S3-S5, but I consider it very weak. Matt Henry, Christina Marie, Stevie McCrorie and Kevin Simm delivered in these seasons, though Mo Adeniran was good during his season

Most of my international favourites been mentioned already, but I am going to post my favourite of each versions I've watched per season - in hope to make some of you discover them.

I will start with La Voix (Canada / French) - hard to find some of their videos on Youtube so I will do my best :haha:

Genevieve Leclerc - My favourite from Season 4

Rebecca Noelle - My all-time favourite contestant from La Voix

Desiree - Season 5 semi-finalist

Hanorah - should have made it further but her battle with Rebecca to "I Try" remains one of my favourite

Samantha Neves - Season 7 Semi-finalist

Liam Tamne should have won season 2 but the clown Will I Am eliminated him in the battles for no reason… (Jessie J reaction was priceless)

others: Abi Sampa, Ash Morgan, Christina Marie, Mo Adeniran.

From my Country's version (Argentina), I love 2 Queens:

S1 Antonela Cirillo: her best performance (her english was not good but anyway)

S2: Paula Torres: her two best: “Alone” and Spanish version of “The Power Of Love” by Celine Dion

what do you think about them ?

Here some more, but this time from France!

Season 2:

Olympe (Runner-Up) - My favourite performances of his are "Born To Die", "All By Myself" and "Non, Je ne regrette rien"

Louane (Semi-finalist) - My favourite of hers is "Quelqu'un m'a dit", and she's probably one of the most succesful contestants from France. I really enjoy her post-music, notably "Si t'etais la", "On etait beau" and "Love".

Nadja  - Known for a brief career in French Canada, she impressed with her rendition of "Think" but later eliminated in the battle.

Season 3:

Caroline Savoie - I might be bias because she's from my province but her tone is very impressive and I thought she did an excellent job throughout her time on the show.  Her highlights include "Ain't No Sunshine", "Wasting My Young Years", and "Somewhere Only We Know".  She also have some original music that she has released.

Season 4

Anne Sila (Runner-up) - One of my all-time favourite; I truly don't think she has ever given a bad performance during her time on the show.  Her highlights for me include "Je t'aimais, je t'aime et je t'aimerai" - one of my favourite french love song, "Chandelier", "Si j'etais un homme" and  "My Immortal".

Season 5

Gabriella (Quarter-finalist) - She has one of my all-time favourite audition of any edition with "The Scientist". I think she was a victim of terrible song choices but she was still able to give us some memorable performances like "Stressed Out".  I recommend to check out her covers on Youtube!

Tamara - Us french-canadians were lucky that year with many of ours auditioning for The Voice: La Plus Belle Voice. Tamara was an highlight for her tone and knowing her sound - I recommend checking out "Knocking On Heaven Door" and "Riptide".

Louisa Rose - If you love the indie girl, you will love Louisa Rose although she was eliminated early on.  Both of her performances were strong, imo - "Wicked Game" and "1234"

Season 6

Nicola (4th place) - For me to root for a male contestant on these kind of shows, they need something special and Nicola had that. I just love how he was able to put his own twist on any songs that he performed - "Fallin" , "Your Song" and "Caruso".  (Note: I can see him being polarizing :haha:

Ann-Shirley (Semi-finals) Her performances speak for themselves : "Hometown Glory", "Full of Stars", "True Colors". May not have been the best singer out there but she was one of my favourite.

Elsa Rose - Probably one of the contestants that I consider to be the most robbed especially after her audition.

Season 7

Maelle (Winner) - No one was near Maelle, for me. It was obvious that she was going to be the winner especially with performances such as "Toi et moi", "Wicked Game", "Wasting My Young Years", "Sign of the Times".

Season 8

Whitney (Winner) - Beautiful tone and always knew how to captivate the audience while performing. Her highlights include "Shallow", "Pour que tu m'aimes encore", "Make you feel my love", "Skinny Love", and "Killing Me Softly".

Gjon's Tears (Semi-finalist) - Many knows him for Eurovision where he slayed which was no surprising as he also slayed on The Voice : La Plus Belle Voice; He was my favourite of the season. From his audition ("Christine") to the knockout ("Under Pressure") to the live shows ("SOS D'un terrien en detresse", "Rocket Man", "Life on Mars").

Valerie Daure - She didn't make it as far as I wanted her to make it but she completely nailed "I Will Survive" - love the modern take she had on it.

Season 9

Abi (Winner) - Knew he was something special as soon as his audition aired & this is a link to his journey.

Tom  (3rd place) - He was the surprise for me; I didn't expect being a fan of his but he delivered three strong performances ("Let It Be", "Stay With Me", "Je t'aimais, je t'aime et je t'aimerai")

Maria Cuche (Semi-finalist) - Once in a while, you get a veteran audition for these kind of shows and you fall. in love with their voice & this was the case for Maria where her experience came through from her audition to her singing classics like "You Raise Me Up", "Memory" et "Hymne a l'amour". She was also on The Voice Ireland.

Nataly Vetrano - Like Maria, Nataly's experience came through and was able to deliver my favourite cover of "I'll Never Love Again" - being compared to some of the biggest voice in Francophonie.  Unfortunately, Nataly didn't make it as far as I wanted but she was still able to win her battle

Season 10

Giada (Semi-finalist) - All the way from Italy, Giada impressed with "Je Suis Malade", "Never Enough" and "Somebody To Love".

Anik - A French-Canadian diva who took on some of the biggest divas ("All By Myself", "Tout", "River Deep, Mountain High")
