First glance, the production is decent, there's a good variety in the types of performers and staging. It's not Eurovision levels of kitsch, but it's only the preliminaries. Hopefully it'll all come together in the finale. My favorite from the previews is Rhode Island's Hueston. Excited to hear the whole thing. He's surely gonna stand out with that minimalist staging + that voice. Screaming at Wyoming's representative. This is how you know this is an American production.
